Abstract
이에 본 발명에서는, 하이브리드 차량의 모터온도를 모니터하는 과정; EV 모드 주행중 상기 모터의 현재모터온도가 제1모터온도 이상이 되면 엔진을 기동시키는 과정; 상기 엔진 기동 후 현재모터온도가 상기 제1모터온도보다 높은 제3모터온도 이상이 되면 모터출력을 제한하는 과정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TMED 하이브리드 차량의 주행중 모터 과온 방지를 위한 제어 방법을 제공한다.

도 4는 본 발명에 따른 제어 방법의 엔진 기동 시점 및 모터출력의 변화를 종래기술과 비교하여 나타낸 그래프
Claims (5)
- 하이브리드 차량의 모터온도를 모니터하는 과정;
EV 모드 주행중 상기 모터의 현재모터온도가 제1모터온도 이상이 되면 엔진을 기동시키는 과정;
상기 엔진 기동 후 현재모터온도가 상기 제1모터온도보다 높은 제3모터온도 이상이 되면 모터출력을 제한하는 과정;
을 포함하고,
상기 현재모터온도는 차량의 외기온이 일정온도 이상이거나 또는 변속기오일온도가 기준온도 이상이면 상기 외기온과 변속기오일온도를 온도보정요소로 이용하여 보정된 모터온도 값이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 TMED 하이브리드 차량의 주행중 모터 과온 방지를 위한 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
회생제동시 상기 모터의 현재모터온도가 제2모터온도 이상이 되면 모터출력을 제한하며, 상기 제2모터온도는 제1모터온도보다 높고 제3모터온도보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 TMED 하이브리드 차량의 주행중 모터 과온 방지를 위한 제어 방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모터출력을 제한하는 과정에서는, 제3모터온도에 도달한 현재모터온도를 출력제한요소로 이용하여 최종 모터출력을 결정하고, 결정된 최종 모터출력 이하로 모터출력을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TMED 하이브리드 차량의 주행중 모터 과온 방지를 위한 제어 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 모터출력을 제한하는 과정에서는, 제2모터온도에 도달한 현재모터온도를 출력제한요소로 이용하여 최종 모터출력을 결정하고, 결정된 최종 모터출력 이하로 모터출력을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 TMED 하이브리드 차량의 주행중 모터 과온 방지를 위한 제어 방법.
