Abstract
본 발명에 따른 온도감응성 생분해 하이드로겔은 고분자의 온도감응성은 그대로 유지하면서 세포 부착성이 우수하고 생체 내에서 일정 기간 후에 생분해 될 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에서 제조된 MPEG-PCL-RGD의 1H NMR 스펙트럼을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 온도에 따른 온도감응성 생분해 하이드로겔 및 MPEG-PCL의 졸-겔 변화 양상을 나타내는 그래프이다.

이때, (a)는 하이드로겔(hydrogel)의 표면에서의 사진이고 (b)는 간엽줄기세포를 포접한 하이드로겔(hydrogel) 내부에서의 사진이다.
Claims (9)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상온에서는 졸 상(sol phase)이나 30 내지 50℃에서는 겔 상(gel phase)인 온도감응성 생분해 하이드로겔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
세포부착성 펩타이드는 Arg-Gly-Asp(RGD), Arg-Glu-Asp-Val(REDV), Leu-Asp-Val(LDV), Tyr-Ile-Gly-Ser-Arg(YIGSR), Pro-Asp-Ser-Gly-Arg(PDSGR), Ile-Lys-Val-Ala-Val(IKVAV) 및 Arg-Asn-Ile-Ala-Glu-Ile-Ile-Lys-Asp-Ala(RNIAEIIKDA)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 온도감응성 생분해 하이드로겔.
- 삭제
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 세포부착성 펩타이드가 결합된 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜-폴리카프로락톤(MPEG-PCL) 공중합체 및 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜-폴리카프로락톤(MPEG-PCL) 공중합체를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 공중합체의 함량은 화학식 2로 표시되는 공중합체 100 중량% 대비 0.001 내지 5 중량%인 온도감응성 생분해 하이드로겔의 제조 방법;

상기 화학식 1 및 2에서, m은 10 내지 20 이고, n은 15 내지 30이며, A는 세포부착성 펩타이드이다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
화학식 1로 표시되는 공중합체는 화학식 2로 표시되는 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜-폴리카프로락톤(MPEG-PCL) 공중합체를 이미다졸 화합물과 반응시키는 단계;
상기 단계의 반응물에 다이아민 화합물을 반응시키는 단계; 및
상기 단계의 반응물에 축합반응제를 사용하여 세포부착성 펩타이드를 반응시키는 단계를 통해 제조되는 온도감응성 생분해 하이드로겔의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
축합반응제는 4-(4,6-디메톡시-1,3,5-트리아진-2-닐)-4-메틸모폴리늄 클로라이드(DMT-MM) 또는 1-에틸-3-(3-디메틸아미노프로필) 카보이미드(EDC)와 N-히드록시석시이미드(NHS)를 사용하는 온도감응성 생분해 하이드로겔의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 따른 온도감응성 생분해 하이드로겔을 포함하는 조직공학용 지지체.
