Abstract
Description
따라서, 도 1은 기계적으로 연결되는 3 부재들을 개별적으로 도시하고 있으며, 이들은 펌프/게이지 모듈을 수용하도록 체결 고리, 체결 아암 및 포트로 구성된다.
도 2는 서로 연결되어 연료탱크(FT) 내부에 체결된 이들 3 부재들을 도시하고 있다.
도 3은 상기 3 부재들이 연결될 수 있는 방법을 (3가지 도면을 통해) 상세히 도시하고 있다.
도 4는 탱크 벽과 포트 상에 릴리프들(나머지 도면에서는 이들이 미도시됨)을 각각 배치하는 것을 도시하고 있다.
도 5는 포트 및 탱크 사이의 체결을 유연하게 하는 방법을 도시하고 있다.
도 6은 체결 아암이 마련된 필터 하우징을 4가지 도면을 통해 도시하고 있다.
Claims (10)
- 개구부를 포함한 연료탱크 안에서, 상기 연료탱크의 하부 내벽의 제 1 부분에 부품을 체결하는 방법으로,
- 개구부에 인접하고 탱크의 하부 내벽의 제 2 부분 상에 위치된 체결 지점, 및 부품을 목표 체결 위치에 배치가능하게 하는 릴리프(들)를 탱크에 제공하는 단계;
- 개구부를 통해 탱크 내부로, 탱크의 릴리프(들)에 대해 상보적인 릴리프(들)이 제공된 부품을 삽입하고, 탱크의 릴리프(들) 및 부품의 릴리프(들)의 협동에 의해 상기 하부 내벽의 제 1 부분에 부품을 체결하는 단계; 및
- 지지체의 도움으로 체결 지점과 부품 사이에 기계적 연결을 생성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 체결 지점은 탱크의 하부 내벽의 제 2 부분에 부착된 특정 사물을 포함하며,
상기 사물은 체결 고리 또는 디스크로서, 탱크의 하부 내벽의 제 2 부분에 용접되고, 지지체에 부착되거나 또는 지지체와 일체화된 상보적 릴리프(들)가 마련된 부재의 신속하고 탈착가능한 체결을 가능하게 하는 릴리프(들)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 부품은, 펌프 및 선택적으로 연료 필터, 게이지 및 압력 조절기 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 부품을 포함하는 모듈로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탱크는 2개 이상의 연료실 및 이들 연료실을 연결하는 감소된 체적부를 포함하는 안장형 탱크이며, 체결 지점은 상기 체적부의 하부벽에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 부품은 펌프를 포함하며, 하나의 연료실은 펌프를 위한 (메인 또는 보조) 스월 포트로서 기능을 하도록 하는 형상과 용량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플라스틱을 성형함으로써 탱크를 얻으며, 릴리프 및 체결 지점 중 하나 이상은 탱크의 하부 내벽과 일체로 성형되거나 또는 성형 도중에 탱크의 하부 내벽에 체결되는 특정 부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 복수의 공동부와 1개의 코어로 이루어진 금형에서 성형 및 조립되는 2 개의 시트로 절개된 압출식 원통형 패리슨으로부터 탱크를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 방법은:
1. 패리슨을 금형 공동부 내부로 도입하는 단계와;
2. 코어를 패리슨 내부로 도입하는 단계와;
3. 공동부가 코어와 기밀한 접촉을 이루도록 금형을 닫는 단계와;
4. 코어를 통한 블로잉 공정을 행하거나, 공동부 후방에 진공을 발생시키거나, 또는 코어를 통한 블로잉 공정을 행하고 공동부 후방에 진공을 발생시켜, 패리슨을 공동부에 대해 가압하는 단계와;
5. 체결 지점 및 릴리프(들) 중 하나 이상을 패리슨에 체결하거나 또는 그 내부로 성형하는 단계와;
6. 금형을 개방하여 코어를 인출하는 단계와;
7. (가압유체를 패리슨 내부로 주입하는) 블로우 성형법 및 (공동부들 후방에 진공을 발생시키는) 열성형법 중 하나 이상에 의해 패리슨의 최종 성형을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지체는 강성 아암부의 형태로 존재하며, 아암의 일측 단부는 부품이 일단 릴리프(들)에 의해 배치되면 부품에 탈착가능하게 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아암의 "자유로운" 단부(부품에 부착되지 않은 단부)가 체결 지점에 탈착가능하게 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
