도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자가발전 및 증발가스 처리가 가능한 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너 적재시스템의 전체적인 구성을 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (7)
- 천연가스 하이드레이트(natural gas hydrate)의 장거리 운송시 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너(natural gas hydrate tank container) 내부의 상평형 조건을 유지하기 위한 냉동기(refrigerator)에 전력선을 연결하고 운용하는 데 제약이 있었던 종래기술의 천연가스 하이드레이트 운송방법들의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 자가발전 및 증발가스 처리가 가능한 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너 적재시스템에 있어서,
수직 방향으로 적층되는 복수의 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너;
각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너의 내부에 저장된 천연가스 하이드레이트의 상평형을 유지하기 위해 각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너의 일측에 설치되는 냉동기;
태양광 및 각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너로부터 발생된 증발가스(Boiled Off Gas ; BOG)를 이용하여 발전을 행하는 것에 의해 각각의 상기 냉동기를 구동하기 위한 전력을 공급하기 위해 수직으로 적재된 복수의 상기 가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너 중 최상부 컨테이너의 상부에 설치되는 전력공급부;
각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너의 내부온도나 압력을 포함하는 현재상태를 파악하기 위한 온도 및 압력센서를 포함하는 복수의 센서를 포함하여 이루어지는 센서부; 및
상기 센서부의 각각의 센서에 의해 감지된 상태에 따라 상기 냉동기 및 상기 전력공급부의 구동 및 상기 적재시스템의 전체적인 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 전력공급부는,
태양광을 이용하여 발전을 행하는 태양광 발전패널(photovoltaic array);
각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너로부터 발생된 증발가스에 의해 구동되는 발전기(generator);
상기 발전기에 공급되는 연료를 저장하기 위한 연료탱크(fuel tank);
상기 연료탱크로부터 공급되는 연료와 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너로부터 발생된 증발가스를 혼합하여 상기 발전기에 공급하기 위한 압축기(compressor);
상기 태양광 발전패널 및 상기 발전기에 의해 발생된 전기에너지를 저장하기 위한 배터리(rechargeable battery cells);
상기 증발가스의 연소 중 역류에 의한 화재 및 폭발을 방지하기 위한 폭발방지부(fuel safety device); 및
상기 발전기, 상기 연료탱크, 상기 압축기, 상기 배터리 및 상기 폭발방지부를 내장하는 하우징(housing)을 포함하며,
상기 태양광 발전패널 및 상기 증발가스(BOG)를 이용하여 구동되는 상기 발전기에 의해 상기 배터리를 충전하고, 충전된 전기에너지를 이용하여 상기 냉동기 및 상기 압축기를 구동하도록 구성됨으로써, 별도의 전원공급 없이도 각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너의 상평형을 항시 유지할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가발전 및 증발가스 처리가 가능한 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너 적재시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적재시스템은,
상기 전력공급부에 의해 생성된 전력을 각각의 상기 냉동기에 공급하기 위한 전력선; 및
각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너로부터 발생된 증발가스(BOG)를 상기 전력공급부에 공급하기 위한 증발가스 배관을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가발전 및 증발가스 처리가 가능한 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너 적재시스템.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적재시스템은,
상기 태양광 발전패널을 이용하여 발전을 행하는 것에 더하여, 각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너로부터 발생된 증발가스(BOG)를 상기 증발가스 배관을 통하여 상기 연료탱크에 저장된 연료와 혼합하여 혼합가스를 생성하며, 생성된 상기 혼합가스를 상기 압축기를 통하여 상기 발전기에 공급하는 것에 의해 상기 발전기를 구동하도록 구성됨으로써,
기상조건을 포함하는 외부 요인에 관계없이 각각의 상기 냉동기를 구동하기에 충분한 전력을 상시 확보 가능하여 별도의 전원공급장치를 구비하지 않고도 천연가스 하이드레이트의 장거리 운송이 가능해지는 동시에, 각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너로부터 발생된 상기 증발가스(BOG)를 외부로 배출하지 않고 처리 가능하여 상기 증발가스(BOG)의 배출로 인한 환경오염이나 화재의 우려도 해소될 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가발전 및 증발가스 처리가 가능한 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너 적재시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적재시스템은,
상기 센서부에 의해 감지된 각각의 상기 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너의 내부온도 및 압력을 포함하는 현재 상태를 외부에서 모니터링할 수 있도록 표시하는 표시부;
상기 적재시스템의 현재 상태를 외부로 전송하는 통신부; 및
화재에 대응하기 위한 소화기를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가발전 및 증발가스 처리가 가능한 천연가스 하이드레이트 탱크 컨테이너 적재시스템.
