산업상의 이용 가능성
본 발명에 따르면, 에탄올 제조 설비에서 발생하는 잔사를 가스화 용융로에서 처리함으로써 용이하게 처리할 수 있고, 에탄올 제조 설비에서 필요한 열원으로서, 가스화 용융로의 발전에 사용하는 추기 증기를 사용함으로써 열효율을 높일 수 있기 때문에, 가스화 용융로와 에탄올 제조 설비를 근접하게 설치하는 경우에 매우 유용하며, 향후 에탄올 제조 설비의 계획을 행함에 있어서 장래성이 기대된다.

Claims (16)
- 가정에서 나오는 생쓰레기, 유통 단계에서 폐기되는 폐기 식품, 급식이나 병원 등에서의 폐기 식재 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 식품 폐기물을 파쇄 선별기를 사용하여 부수고, 고형분을 잔사로서 제거한 후, 당화기로 효소를 첨가하여 60℃로 유지함으로써 전분을 포도당으로 만들어 물에 녹는 상태로 하고, 이 당화기의 직후에 있어서의 당화액의 온도를 28℃ 이상으로 하여, 3상식 원심 분리 장치로 유분, 수용액분 및 고형분의 3상으로 분리하며, 이 중 수용액분만을 발효 공정에 공급하고, 유분을 회수하며,
상기 3상식 원심 분리 장치의 전단 (前段)에서, 스크린을 사용하여 플라스틱, 종이, 봉투, 1회용 나무 젓가락, 금속, 갑각류 등의 협잡물 (挾雜物)을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 원료로서 식품 폐기물에 폐유를 한천 형태로 굳힌 것이나 신문지에 흡수시킨 것을 첨가하여 사용하고, 당화부에서 60℃ 이상의 온도에서 12 시간 이상 유지·교반함으로써, 폐유를 당화액 중에 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당화부에, 효소로서 리파아제를 첨가함으로써 고형물 중에 잔류한 유분을 분해하고, 상기 3상 분리에서의 회수 유량을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3상식 원심 분리 장치에서 분리하지 않은 수용액 중에 포함되는 고형물을 메쉬가 0.1 mm 내지 10 mm인 스크린을 사용하여 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수 종류의 당분, 염분, SS분 (현탁 고형물분)을 포함하는 상기 당화액의 농도를, Brix계 (굴절계)를 사용하여 측정하고, 이 농도를 규정 값의 범위로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3상식 원심 분리 장치에서 고형분으로서 분리한 잔사를 식품 폐기물 이외의 폐기물을 소각 또는 용융하는 폐기물 처리 설비에서 처리하고, 그 때 발생하는 폐열을 회수한 증기를 상기 식품 폐기물의 농축 공정, 증류 공정에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3상식 원심 분리 장치에서 고형분으로서 분리한 잔사 중의 수분을 온풍 통기 건조, 호기 발효열을 이용한 건조 장치에서 건조 처리한 후, 상기 폐기물 처리 장치에서 소각 또는 용융 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3상식 원심 분리 장치에서 고형분으로서 분리한 잔사를, 혐기 발효하고, 회수한 가연 가스를 상기 폐기물 처리 장치의 소각 또는 용융 열원, 또는 에탄올 플랜트의 가열 증기원으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 증류 공정에서 에탄올과 분리된 수용액을, 상기 당화 공정에 사용하는 가수액으로서 재이용하고, 나머지 수용액을 상기 폐기물 처리 장치의 소각 또는 용융 공정에서 분무 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3상식 원심 분리 장치로 분리하여 얻은 유분을 유수 분리, 여과의 어느 하나 또는 이 두 가지 공정 전부에 의하여 처리한 후에 재생유 연료로서 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 재생유 연료를 인접한 폐기물을 소각 또는 용융하는 폐기물 처리 설비의 연료로서 이용하고, 상기 폐기물 처리 설비에 사용하는 화석 연료를 삭감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3상식 원심 분리 장치로 분리하여 얻은 유분을 에스테르 교환 반응, 아임계 (亞臨界) 처리, 열처리 등에 의하여 바이오 디젤 연료의 원료로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 유분에 혼입되어 있는 유리 지방산을, 촉매로서 진한 황산을 첨가하여 알코올과 반응시킴으로써 에스테르화하거나, 또는 이온 교환 수지를 촉매로 하여 알코올과 반응시킴으로써 에스테르화하고, 유리 지방산 농도를 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르 교환 또는 상기 에스테르화 공정에 사용하는 알코올로서 제1항에서 제조된 에탄올을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에탄올 및 기름의 회수·제조 방법.
