Abstract
본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 콘크리트 조성물의 단위체적에 대하여 물 120~160kg/m3과; 시멘트 330~370kg/m3와; 잔골재 724~764kg/m3와; 굵은골재 906~1306kg/m3; 를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 시멘트 100중량%에 대하여 페로실리콘 산업부산물 5중량% 내지 10중량% 치환하여 첨가되어 이루어진다.
Description
도 1은 페로실리콘 산업 부산물을 치환 적용한 혼합 콘크리트의 압축강도를 도시한 그래프이다.
도 2는 페로실리콘 산업 부산물을 치환 적용한 혼합 콘크리트의 Galvanic 저항값을 도시한 그래프이다.
도 3은 페로실리콘 산업 부산물을 치환 적용한 혼합 콘크리트의 Galvanic 전압값을 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (2)
- 콘크리트 조성물의 단위체적에 대하여,
물 120~160kg/m3과; 시멘트 330~370kg/m3와; 잔골재 724~764kg/m3와; 굵은골재 906~1306kg/m3; 를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 시멘트 100중량%에 대하여 페로실리콘 산업부산물 5중량% 내지 10중량% 치환하여 첨가되며,
시멘트 비중은 3.15, 잔골재의 단위중량 2.6~2.7 g/cm3, 굵은골재의 단위중량 2.7~2.9 g/cm3, 골재 최대치수는 25mm, 잔골재의 조립률은 2.7~3.0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 페로실리콘 산업부산물 혼합 콘크리트 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
메타카올린, 바텀애쉬, 플라이애쉬, 고로슬래그미분말 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상 선택하여 시멘트 100중량%에 대하여 5~10중량% 추가 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페로실리콘 산업부산물 혼합 콘크리트 조성물.
