도 4 는, 사판의 경사각이 최대인 때의 도 1 의 양두 피스톤형 사판식 압축기를 나타내는 측단면도이다.
Claims (2)
- 하우징;
회전축;
상기 회전축의 구동력에 의해 회전하는 사판으로서, 상기 사판은 상기 회전축에 대한 경사각이 변경되도록 구성되어 있는, 상기 사판;
상기 하우징 내에 형성되고 상기 사판을 수용하는 크랭크실;
상기 사판과 결합하는 양두 피스톤으로서, 상기 양두 피스톤은 상기 사판의 경사각에 따른 스트로크로 왕복 운동하는, 상기 양두 피스톤;
상기 사판의 경사각을 변경하도록 상기 사판에 연결되는 가동체;
상기 하우징 내에 배치되고 상기 가동체에 의해 규정되는 제어압실로서, 상기 제어압실은, 상기 제어압실에 제어 가스가 공급되어 상기 제어압실 내부의 압력이 변경되는 때에 상기 가동체를 상기 회전축의 축선 방향으로 이동시키도록 구성되어 있는, 상기 제어압실;
토출압 영역;
흡입압 영역;
상기 토출압 영역으로부터 상기 제어압실로 연장되는 공급 통로;
상기 공급 통로의 개도가 좁아져 있는 좁힘부 (narrowing portion);
상기 제어압실로부터 상기 흡입압 영역으로 연장되는 배출 통로; 및
상기 제어압실의 압력을 제어하는 용량 제어 밸브를 포함하고,
상기 용량 제어 밸브는,
전자기 솔레노이드;
상기 배출 통로의 일부;
상기 배출 통로의 개도를 조정하는 밸브 보디를 포함하는 구동력 전달 로드로서, 상기 구동력 전달 로드는 상기 전자기 솔레노이드에 의해 구동되는, 상기 구동력 전달 로드;
상기 밸브 보디를 수용하는 밸브실;
상기 흡입압 영역과 연통하는 압력감지실;
상기 압력감지실에 수용되는 압력감지 기구로서, 상기 압력감지 기구는 상기 밸브 보디의 개도를 조정하기 위하여 상기 흡입압 영역의 압력에 따라서 상기 구동력 전달 로드의 이동 방향을 따라 신축하도록 구성되는, 상기 압력감지 기구;
상기 구동력 전달 로드를 상기 이동 방향을 따라 이동하도록 안내하는 안내벽;
상기 전자기 솔레노이드와 상기 밸브실 사이에 배치되는 배압실로서, 상기 배압실은 상기 안내벽과 상기 구동력 전달 로드 사이의 간극을 통해 상기 밸브실에 연통하는, 상기 배압실; 및
상기 배압실과 상기 압력감지실을 연통시키는 연통 통로
를 구비하고,
상기 좁힘부는 상기 간극의 통로 단면적보다 더 큰 통로 단면적을 갖는, 양두 피스톤형 사판식 압축기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전자기 솔레노이드, 상기 배압실, 상기 밸브실 및 상기 압력감지실이 이 순서로 상기 구동력 전달 로드의 축선 방향을 따라 배치되어 있는, 양두 피스톤형 사판식 압축기.
