Abstract
본 발명의 피부지질유사 막을 갖는 라멜라형 비수계 액정상 캡슐기재 조성물은 다중층의 라멜라형 액정의 미세 구조를 가지며, 물을 사용하지 않는 라멜라형 비수계 액정상 내에, 고농도의 수용성 활성성분 또는 유용성 활성성분을 캡슐화하여 물과의 접촉을 방지하여 상기 활성성분들의 안정성을 도모하고, 특히 비수계 액정상에 온도감응성 고분자 지질을 함유하여 수용성 활성성분의 경피흡수를 촉진하여 피부침투를 극대화시켜 용출량을 높임으로써, 친수성 활성물질의 효능을 배가시킬 수 있다. 나아가 상기의 라멜라형 비수계 액정상 캡슐기재 조성물을 원하는 활성성분의 농도만큼 화장료에 적용할 수 있으며, 이때 간단한 교반으로 활성성분과 연속상인 물과의 접촉을 차단하는 매우 안정한 화장료를 제공할 수 있으므로, 저점도의 스킨부터 고점도의 크림 및 유화형 색조화장품에까지 확대 가능하다.

도 4는 본 발명에 따른 실시예 1∼2 및 비교예 2 에서 제조된 라멜라형 비수계 액정상 캡슐기재 조성물을 물에 분산시킨 후, 편광현미경의 사진이고,
도 5는 본 발명의 라멜라형 비수계 액정상 캡슐기재 조성물을 이용한 화장료에서 수용성 활성성분인 비오카닌 A의 용출량 측정결과이다.
Claims (10)
- 물을 제외한 수용성 극성용매 10.0 내지 60.0중량%, 세라마이드 0.1 내지 10.0중량%, 콜레스테롤 0.05 내지 5.0중량%, 인지질 1.0 내지 40.0중량%, 탄소수 16∼22의 고급알코올 0.5 내지 7.0중량%, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물인 온도감응성 고분자 지질(Lipid-conjugated Pluronic) 0.1 내지 1.0중량%를 포함하는 액정지질부;
오일 0.5 내지 20.0중량%, 유용성 활성성분 0.1 내지 10.0중량% 및 유용성 항산화제 0.01 내지 0.5중량%를 포함하는 유용성 활성물질부; 및
물을 제외한 수용성 극성용매 3.0 내지 30.0중량% 및 수용성 활성성분 0.02 내지 0.5중량%를 포함하는 수용성 활성물질부;로 이루어진 라멜라형 비수계 액정상 캡슐기재 조성물:
