도 7,8,9는 종래의 안전뚜껑 및 그 제조방법과 장치를 보인 개략도.

Claims (3)
- 가동 및 고정 금형(200,300)과;
상기 가동금형(200)에 설치되며, 뚜껑의 바깥면을 성형하는 가동코어(210)와;
상기 고정금형(300)에 설치되되;
내부에 수용공간(C)이 형성된 고정코어(310)와;
상기 고정코어(310)의 외측면에 설치됨과 아울러 뚜껑의 내측면에 스크루를 형성시키는 스크루홈(323)이 구비된 슬라이드코어(320)와;
상기 슬라이드코어(320)의 외측면에 설치되며 뚜껑을 지지하는 고정지그(330)와;
상기 고정코어(310)의 수용공간(C)에 설치되며 상기 가동코어(210), 슬라이드코어(320), 고정코어(310) 사이에 용융수지를 주입함과 아울러 주입된 용융수지를 냉각시키는 냉각수 순환라인이 형성된 수지주입코어(340)와;
상기 수지주입코어(340)는 내측면에 수지주입공(343)이 형성되고, 외측면에 길이방향으로 냉각수 유입홈(344)과 배출홈(345)이 대응되게 형성되고, 하부에는 냉각수 유입홈(344)과 배출홈(345)에 연통되게 환형홈(347)이 형성되며,
상기 가동,고정금형(200,300)에 설치되며, 모터의 구동력을 전달받은 구동축(410)과, 상기 구동축(410)의 회전력에 전달하는 제1스플라인기어(420)와, 상기 슬라이드코어(320)에 설치됨과 아울러 상기 제1스플라인기어(420)에 맞물려져 상기 슬라이드코어(320)를 전,후진을 유도하는 제2스플라인기어(324)가 포함된 동력전달수단(400)과;
상기 고정지그(330)는 슬라이드코어(320)에 결합되게 끼움공(331)이 형성되고, 내측에 환형턱(332)이 형성되며, 전방에 복수의 지지편(333)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크루식 뚜껑 성형장치.
