Claims (7)
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 푸란 수지 제조방법:
(a) 요소, 알데히드류, 물의 혼합용액을 반응기에서 혼합단계;
(b) 상기 혼합용액을 pH 7.5 내지 pH 9.5로 조정하는 pH 조정단계;
(c) 푸르푸릴 알코올, 산촉매, 검(Gum)을 상기 반응기로 투입하는 투입단계; 및
(d) 푸란 수지를 경화하는 경화단계. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합단계에서 알데히드류는 푸르푸릴 알코올에 대해 몰비 1 기준으로, 0.01 ~ 0.25 몰, 요소는 푸르푸릴 알코올에 대해 몰비 1 기준으로, 0.02 ~ 0.26 몰, 물은 푸르푸릴 알코올에 대해서 0.5 중량배 ~ 15 중량배로 혼합되는 푸란 수지 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산촉매는 벤젠고리를 포함하지 않는 탄소수 3 ~ 4를 갖는 푸란 수지 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산촉매는 푸르푸릴 알코올에 대해서 0.1 중량부 ~ 10 중량부인 푸란 수지 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 제조 방법에 의해서 제조된 구형 푸란 수지 입자.
- 제5항의 상기 구형 푸란 수지 입자의 탄화 및 수증기 활성화에 의하여 10 N/sphere 이상의 압축강도를 갖는 구형 다공성 활성탄소 입자.
- 제6항의 10 N/sphere 이상의 압축강도를 갖는 구형 다공성 활성탄소 입자는 경구투여형 흡착제 또는 화학방호복에 충전제인 구형 다공성 활성탄소 입자.
