Description
Claims (14)
- 복동형 유압 실린더(D) 상의 제1 엔진 포트(L)와 제2 엔진 포트(N)에 각각 연결되도록 배치된 제1 엔진 연결 포트(L') 및 제2 엔진 연결 포트(N');핸드 밸브(H) 상의 별도의 조작 포트(각각 M 및 O)에 연결되도록 배치된 제1 밸브 연결 포트(M') 및 제2 밸브 연결 포트(O');상기 제1 엔진 연결 포트(L')에 연결된 유입구, 상기 제1 밸브 연결 포트(M')에 연결된 유출구, 및 상기 제2 밸브 연결 포트(O')에 유압 방식으로 연결되는 조절 유입구를 가지며, 상기 조절 유입구 상의 압력이 특정의 압력 구간의 하한치에서 개방되고 그 압력이 상기 특정의 압력 구간에서 변화함에 따라 폐쇄 위치와 완전 개방 위치 사이에서 밸브의 개방 위치가 비례하여 변하도록 구성된, 상시 폐쇄 비례 부하 조절 밸브(normally closed proportional load control valve)(E);상기 제2 엔진 연결 포트(N')에 연결된 유출측과, 상기 제2 밸브 연결 포트(O')에 연결된 유입측을 가지며, 상기 유입측 상의 압력이 상기 특정의 압력 구간의 상한치보다 높을 때에만 개방하도록 프리스트레스(prestress)되거나 또는 프리스트레스될 수 있는 제1 논리턴 밸브(non-return valve)(12)를 포함하는 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 논리턴 밸브(12)의 개방 압력을 상기 제1 엔진 연결 포트(L')에서의 압력을 통해 조절할 수 있는, 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하 조절 밸브(E)의 유출구에 연결된 유입구 및 상기 제2 엔진 연결 포트(N')에 연결된 유출구를 갖는 제2 논리턴 밸브(14)를 더 포함하는, 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 부하 조절 밸브(E)의 유출구에 연결된 유입구 및 상기 제1 밸브 연결 포트(M')에 연결된 유출구를 갖는 프리스트레스된(prestressed) 제3 논리턴 밸브(13)를 더 포함하는, 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1 논리턴 밸브(12)에 대해 반대 방향으로 평행하게(anti parallel) 연결되고, 상기 제2 엔진 연결 포트(N')에 연결된 유입측 및 상기 제2 밸브 연결 포트(O')에 연결된 유출측을 갖는 제4 논리턴 밸브(15)를 더 포함하는, 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 부하 조절 밸브(E)에 대해 반대 방향으로 평행하게 연결되고, 상기 제1 엔진 연결 포트(L')에 연결된 유출구 및 상기 제1 밸브 연결 포트(M')에 연결된 유입구를 갖는 제5 논리턴 밸브(11)를 더 포함하는, 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,탱크(T)에 연결된 유입구 및 상기 제2 엔진 연결 포트(N')에 연결된 유출구를 갖는 제6 논리턴 밸브(11A)를 더 포함하는, 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2 엔진 연결 포트(N')에 연결된 유입구, 상기 제2 밸브 연결 포트(O')에 연결된 유출구, 및 상기 제1 밸브 연결 포트(M')에 유압 방식으로 연결되는 조절 유입구를 가지며, 상기 조절 유입구 상의 압력이 상기 특정의 압력 구간의 하한치에서 개방되고 그 압력이 상기 특정의 압력 구간에서 변화함에 따라 폐쇄 위치와 완전 개방 위치 사이에서 밸브의 개방 위치가 비례하여 변하도록 구성된, 추가의 상시 폐쇄 비례 부하 조절 밸브(E1); 및상기 제1 엔진 연결 포트(L')에 연결된 유출측 및 상기 제1 밸브 연결 포트(M')에 연결된 유입측을 가지며, 상기 유입측 상의 압력이 상기 특정의 압력 구간의 상한치보다 높을 때에만 개방하도록 프리스트레스되거나 또는 프리스트레스될 수 있는 추가의 논리턴 밸브(12A)를 더 포함하는 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 추가의 논리턴 밸브(12A)의 개방 압력을 상기 제2 엔진 연결 포트(N') 내의 압력을 통해 조절할 수 있는, 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 추가의 부하 조절 밸브(E1)의 유출구에 연결된 유입구 및 상기 제1 엔진 연결 포트(L')에 연결된 유출구를 갖는 제7 논리턴 밸브(14A)를 더 포함하는, 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 추가의 부하 조절 밸브(E1)의 유출구에 연결된 유입측을 가지며, 이 유출구를 상기 제2 밸브 연결 포트(O')와 연결하고, 강화된 유출구 압력에서만 개방하도록 프리스트레스된 제8 논리턴 밸브(13A)를 더 포함하는, 유압식 부하 조절 밸브 장치.
