Claims (16)
- - 적어도 이하의 표에 기록되어 있는 광선을 포함하는 X 선 회절 패턴을 가지며, 또한, 다음의 일반식 XO2 : aY2O3 : bM2/nO 에 의해 규정되는 산화물의 몰의 관점에서 무수기로서 표현되는 화학 조성을 가지며, 여기서 X 는 적어도 하나의 4 가 원소를 나타내고, Y 는 적어도 하나의 3 가 원소를 나타내고, M 은 원자가 n 의 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리-토금속이고, a 및 b 는 각각 Y2O3 및 M2/nO 의 몰수를 나타내며, a 는 0 ~ 0.5 이고, b 는 0 ~ 1 인 적어도 하나의 결정화된 IZM-2 고형물을 포함하는 기재, 및
- 주기율표의 VIB 족으로부터 적어도 하나의 수소화-탈수소화 원소 및/또는 비희귀 VIII 족으로부터 적어도 하나의 수소화-탈수소화 원소를 포함하는 활성 상을 포함하는 촉매.
- 여기서, ss = 매우 강함; s = 강함, m = 중간; mw = 중약, w = 약, ww: 매우 약임. - 제 1 항에 있어서, X 는 규소인 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, Y 는 알루미늄인 촉매.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,

상기 촉매는 또한, 산화물형식의 무정형 또는 저급의 결정화된 다공성 무기질 바인더를 포함하는 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매를 사용하는 탄화수소 공급물의 수소화 분해 및/또는 수소화 전환 공정.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
1 단 공정으로 실행되는 탄화수소 공급물의 수소화 분해 및/또는 수소화 전환 공정. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
2 단 공정으로 실행되는 탄화수소 공급물의 수소화 분해 및/또는 수소화 전환 공정. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매를 사용하는 탄화수소 공급물의 수소화 처리 공정.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
수소의 존재하에, 200 ℃ 초과의 온도에서, 1 MPa 초과의 압력으로, 0.1 ~ 20 h-1 의 공간 속도로 작동되며, 도입되는 수소의 양은 수소의 리터/탄화수소의 리터의 체적비가 80 ~ 5000 ℓ/ℓ가 되도록 설정되는 공정. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
수소의 존재하에, 200 ℃ 초과의 온도에서, 1 MPa 초과의 압력으로, 0.1 ~ 20 h-1 의 공간 속도로 작동되며, 도입되는 수소의 양은 수소의 리터/탄화수소의 리터의 체적비가 80 ~ 5000 ℓ/ℓ가 되도록 설정되는 공정. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 탄화수소 공급물은, LCO (접촉 분해 유닛으로부터 얻어진 경유), 상압 증류물, 감압 증류물, 윤활유 기유의 방향족 추출 유닛으로부터 유래하거나 윤활유 기유의 용매 탈왁스화에 의해 얻어지는 공급물, 또는 AR (상압 잔사유) 및/또는 RUV(감압 잔사유) 및/또는 탈아스팔트유에 의한 고정층 또는 유동층에서의 탈침유 또는 수소화 전환 공정으로부터 유래하는 증류물, 탈아스팔트유에 의해 형성된 군으로부터 단독으로 또는 혼합물에서 선택되는 공정. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 탄화수소 공급물은, LCO (접촉 분해 유닛으로부터 얻어진 경유), 상압 증류물, 감압 증류물, 윤활유 기유의 방향족 추출 유닛으로부터 유래하거나 윤활유 기유의 용매 탈왁스화에 의해 얻어지는 공급물, 또는 AR (상압 잔사유) 및/또는 RUV(감압 잔사유) 및/또는 탈아스팔트유에 의한 고정층 또는 유동층에서의 탈침유 또는 수소화 전환 공정으로부터 유래하는 증류물, 탈아스팔트유에 의해 형성된 군으로부터 단독으로 또는 혼합물에서 선택되는 공정.
