Abstract
또한, 본 발명에서는 700 내지 900nm 및 2 내지 4 ㎛ 의 마이크로-나노 크기를 가지는 금속 또는 금속산화물이 한꺼번에 제조되고, 상기 크기를 가짐으로서 2 ~ 3 nm 크기의 나노입자들이 막이나 탄소 담지체에 깊숙이 스며드는 문제를 방지할 수 있으며, 작은 입자들끼리 뭉치는 현상을 감소시켜 내구성을 향상시킨다.
나아가, 초음파를 이용하여 상온에서 빠른 시간에 백금 나노입자들을 팔각형 형상으로 제조하며, 이는 실질적으로는 2-3nm 크기의 입자들로 이루어진 촉매와 유사한 표면적의 증대 효과가 있다.

도 2는 실시예에 따라 산화구리 마이크로-나노입자를 제조하는 것으로, (a)는 반응중인 용액을, (b)는 반응 후의 용액을 나타내는 사진이다.
도 3 내지 도 9는 실시예에 따른 금속 산화물의 형상을 주사전자현미경 (Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM) 을 통해 관찰한 사진이다.
Claims (10)
- IIA족 금속, IIIA족 금속, IV족 금속, VA족 금속, 전이 금속, 란타나이드계 금속 및 악티나이드계 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 금속을 포함하는 금속염 및 pH조절용액을 용매에 녹여 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 용액에 25 내지 100 ℃ 의 온도에서 10분 내지 20분 동안 초음파 처리를 수행하는 단계;를 포함하고,
700 nm 내지 900 nm 의 나노입자 및 2 내지 4 ㎛ 의 마이크로 입자로 이루어지는 팔각형의 형상인, 마이크로-나노 크기를 가지는 금속 또는 금속산화물의 제조방법.

상기 금속염은 금속 아세테이트, 금속 알콕사이드, 금속 나이트레이트, 금속 할라이드, 이의 수화물 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로-나노 크기를 가지는 금속 또는 금속산화물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 pH조절용액은 수산화나트륨(NaOH), 수산화칼륨(KOH), 수산화암모늄(NH4OH), 하이드라진(N2H4), 소듐 하이드로포스페이트, 글루코스, 아스코빅산, 탄닌산, 디메틸포름아미드, 테트라부틸암모늄 보로하이드라이드, 소듐보로하이드라이드(NaBH4) 및 리튬보로하이드라이드(LiBH4)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로-나노 크기를 가지는 금속 또는 금속산화물의 제조방법.
