Claims (5)
- 웹재(web 材)의 제1 면에 도료를 도포하는 제1 도장 헤드와,
상기 제1 도장 헤드에 대해 상기 웹재의 반송 방향 하류에 상기 반송 방향으로 뻗도록 회전 구동 가능하게 배치되어, 다수의 관통 구멍이 열린 무단(無端) 벨트와, 상기 무단 벨트의 뒤쪽에서 상기 관통 구멍을 통해 상기 웹재를 흡인하는 흡인 챔버를 구비하고, 상기 웹재의 상기 제1 면의 상기 반송 방향으로 뻗는 복수의 비(非)도장 부분을 각각 흡착하여 반송하도록 배치된 복수의 흡인 컨베이어와,
상기 웹재의 제2 면에 도료를 도포하는 제2 도장 헤드와,
상기 흡인 컨베이어 사이에 배치되고, 상기 웹재의 상기 제1 면을 향해 가스를 분사하는 정압(靜壓) 패드를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 도공 장치. - 웹재(web 材)의 제1 면에 도료를 도포하는 제1 도장 헤드와,
상기 제1 도장 헤드에 대해 상기 웹재의 반송 방향 하류에 상기 반송 방향으로 뻗도록 회전 구동 가능하게 배치되어, 다수의 관통 구멍이 열린 무단(無端) 벨트와, 상기 무단 벨트의 뒤쪽에서 상기 관통 구멍을 통해 상기 웹재를 흡인하는 흡인 챔버를 구비하고, 상기 웹재의 상기 제1 면의 상기 반송 방향으로 뻗는 복수의 비(非)도장 부분을 각각 흡착하여 반송하도록 배치된 복수의 흡인 컨베이어와,
상기 웹재의 제2 면에 도료를 도포하는 제2 도장 헤드와,
상기 복수의 흡인 컨베이어는, 상기 웹재의 폭 방향의 복수의 흡인 컨베이어간의 간격이 상류측으로부터 하류측일수록 넓어지도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 도공 장치. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 제1 도장 헤드에 대향하여 배치되고, 웹재를 지지하는 백업 롤러를 더 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 도공 장치. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 제1 도장 헤드는, 상기 웹재의 상기 제1 면에 복수의 조선(條線) 모양으로 도료를 도포하고,
상기 흡인 컨베이어는, 상기 웹재의 상기 복수의 조선 모양의 도료 사이의 비도장 부분을 흡착하는 위치에도 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 도공 장치. - 삭제
