Claims (23)
- 부식으로부터 기판을 보호하기 위해 사용되는 분말 형태 혼합물로서,적어도 (i) 1종 이상의 수용성 유기 중합체, 및(ii) 1종 이상의 유기규소 화합물을 기재로 하며,상기 유기규소 화합물은유기 관능성 실란, 실란 에스테르, 실록산, 실리콘, 규산 에스테르; 또는 유기 관능성 실란, 올리고머 규산 에스테르를 포함하는 유기 관능성 실록산, 폴리실란 및 실리콘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 유기규소 화합물들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,상기 기판은 천연 또는 합성 광물성 건축용 재료, 또는 광물성 건축용 재료에 의해 둘러싸인 금속인수분산성, 수재분산성 또는 수용성 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건축용 재료가 건축용 블록, 컴포넌트(component), 물 및 콘크리트를 기재로 하는 것인 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광물성 건축용 재료의 제조 동안 첨가되거나 접촉되는 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서,(iii) 개질 또는 비개질 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메틸 아크릴레이트, 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드, 폴리말레에이트 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 수용성 유기 중합체, 및(iv) 하나 이상의 Si-O-Si 결합이 있는 1종 이상의 유기규소 화합물을 기재로 하며,유기 중합체 (iii) 및 유기규소 화합물 (iv)의 합계를 기준으로 유기 중합체 (iii)의 함량이 40 중량% 내지 80 중량%이고, 하나 이상의 Si-O-Si 결합이 있는 유기규소 화합물은 올리고머화도가 2 내지 20인 알킬알콕시실록산 50 중량% 내지 100 중량%를 함유하는 올리고머 혼합물을 기재로 하는 것인수분산성, 수재분산성 또는 수용성 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 알킬알콕시실록산들의 올리고머 혼합물이 올리고머화도가 2 내지 10인 알킬알콕시실록산을 70 중량% 내지 100 중량%로 포함하는 것인 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 유기 중합체가 가수분해도가 70 mol% 내지 100 mol%이며 4% 농도의 수용액으로서의 회플러(Hoeppler) 점도 (DIN 53015에 따라 20℃에서 측정됨)가 1 mPa·s 내지 50 mPa·s인 개질 또는 비개질 폴리비닐 알코올 형태인 합성 제조 중합체인 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물에 분산 또는 재분산되었을 때 평균 입자 크기가 0.1 ㎛ 내지 50 ㎛인 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균 입자 크기가 20 ㎛ 내지 500 ㎛인 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 지방산 및 이의 염 및 에스테르, 지방 알코올, 실란, 공기연행제, 습윤제, 발포방지제, 유화제, 필름 형성 보조제, 경화 및 고체화 촉진제, 경화 지연제, 증점제, 분산제, 시멘트 가소제, 폴리카르복실레이트, 폴리카르복실레이트 에테르, 폴리아크릴아미드, 알킬암모늄 벤조에이트, 아미노알코올, 글루콘산 또는 이의 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 염, 보수제(water retention agent), 셀룰로오스 섬유, 셀룰로오스 에테르, 전분 에테르, 구아 에테르, 풍화(efflorescence), 침강 또는 부유의 감소를 위한 첨가제, 충전제, 분말 블로킹의 감소를 위한 첨가제, 필름 형성 수불용성 분산 분말, 및 필름 형성 중합체 분산액으로부터 선택된 추가의 첨가제를 함유하는 분말 형태 혼합물.
- - 제1 단계에서, 유기규소 화합물의 전체 양을 기준으로 10 중량% 이상의, 물에 용해된 제4항에 정의된 (iii)에 따른 1종 이상의 유기 중합체를, 제4항에 정의된 (iv)에 따른 1종 이상의 유기규소 화합물과 혼합하며, 잔여량의 유기 중합체를 분산 동안 또는 후에 첨가하고, 추가의 첨가제를 분산 전, 동안, 후 중 어느 하나 이상의 단계에 첨가하고;- 제2 단계에서, 추가의 첨가제의 첨가 없이 제1 단계에서 수득된 분산액을 건조시키거나, 또는 건조 동안 또는 후에, 또는 동안과 후에 추가의 첨가제를 첨가하면서 제1 단계에서 수득된 분산액을 건조시키는,제4항 또는 제5항에 따른 분말 형태 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 제2 단계에서 건조를 위해 분무 건조, 동결 건조, 유동층 건조, 드럼 건조, 과립화 또는 고속 건조를 수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 광물성 결합제를 함유하는 재료 내에서 또는 위에서 또는 재료 내 및 위에서 사용되는 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 재료가 수경화성 결합제, 보강 콘크리트, 팽창 콘크리트, 가스 콘크리트, 섬유 콘크리트, 셀룰라 콘크리트, 강철 섬유 콘크리트, 에어 플레이스드 콘크리트(air-placed concrete), 수중 콘크리트(underwater concrete), 압연 콘크리트, 스펀 콘크리트, 진공 콘크리트, 자기 충전성 콘크리트(self-compacting concrete) (SCC), 플로어 토핑 콘크리트, 칩 콘크리트, 드레인 콘크리트, 고강도 및 초고강도 콘크리트, 유리 발포 콘크리트, 테라코타, 석고 또는 석회 또는 시멘트 렌더, 보수용 모르타르, 완전 열 보호 모르타르, 접합부 접착제, 타일 접착제, 레벨링 화합물, 충전 화합물, 슬러리 밀봉 코팅, 분말 페인트, 및 콘크리트 페인트로 이루어진 군으로부터의 1종 이상의 광물성 결합제를 함유하는 것인 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 광물성 건축용 재료에 의해 둘러싸인 금속을 부식으로부터 보호하기 위한 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 건축용 블록, 컴포넌트, 구조체를 부식으로부터 보호하기 위한 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 케이블의 절연 또는 케이블 표면의 소수성화를 위한 분말 형태 혼합물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 따른 1종 이상의 분말 형태 혼합물 및 물을 기재로 하는 제형물.
- 제4항, 제5항 및 제13항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 1종 이상의 분말 형태 혼합물을 포함하며, 상기 혼합물이 각각의 고체 함량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 농도로 존재하는 제형물.
