도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량용 히트펌프 시스템에서 차량의 실내 냉방, 난방, 제습모드에 따른 작동표이다.
도 3 내지 도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량용 히트펌프 시스템에서 차량의 냉방, 난방, 제습모드에 따른 작동 상태도이다.

Claims (12)
- 차량 실내의 냉난방을 조절하도록 냉매배관을 통해 상호 연결되며, 냉매를 압축하는 압축기와, 상기 압축기로부터 압축된 고온, 고압의 냉매를 응축하는 실외기와, 응축된 냉매를 팽창시키는 팽창밸브를 포함하여 구성되는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템에 있어서,
상기 압축기와 상기 팽창밸브 사이에서 상기 냉매배관을 통해 상호 연결되며, 내부가 구획되어 각각 별도의 유로를 형성하는 내부 열교환기; 및
상기 압축기, 상기 실외기, 및 상기 내부 열교환기와 상기 냉매배관을 통해 상호 연결되며, 차량의 냉방, 난방, 및 제습 모드에 따라 냉매의 유동방향을 변경하여 상기 냉매배관을 따라 유동하는 냉매의 유동흐름을 제어하는 제1 밸브;포함하고,
상기 내부 열교환기는
상기 팽창밸브와 상기 냉매라인을 통해 연결되는 제1 헤더탱크;
상기 제1 밸브와 연결되는 제2 헤더탱크; 및
상기 제1 헤더탱크와 상기 제2 헤더탱크 사이에 구비되며, 내부가 길이방향으로 구비된 격벽에 의해 구획되어 제1, 제2 유로를 형성하는 열교환부;를 포함하되,
상기 내부 열교환기는 차량의 냉방 모드 시, 상기 팽창밸브를 통과한 냉매가 상기 제1 헤더탱크로 유입되고, 상기 제1, 제2 유로를 통해 상기 열교환부를 통과한 상태로, 상기 제2 헤더탱크를 통해 각각 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 헤더탱크는
냉매의 유입 시, 상기 열교환부의 각 유로로 유입되도록 상기 격벽에 대응하는 위치에 구비되는 격막을 통해 내부가 구획되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 격벽은
상기 제1 유로와 상기 제2 유로를 각각 통과하는 냉매가 상호간에 열전달 되는 것을 방지하는 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 밸브는
4 웨이 밸브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 밸브와 상기 제1 유로를 상호 연결하는 상기 냉매배관에는
제2 밸브가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 밸브는
상기 압축기의 입구와 연결배관을 통해 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 밸브는
차량의 난방, 냉방, 및 제습 모드에 따라 상기 제1 밸브로부터 유입되는 냉매를 상기 제1 유로로 공급하거나, 상기 제1 밸브와 상기 제1 유로로부터 유입되는 냉매를 상기 연결배관을 통해 상기 압축기로 공급하는 3 웨이 밸브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 밸브는
차량의 난방 모드 시, 상기 제1 유로와 연결되는 냉매배관을 폐쇄시킨 상태로, 상기 제1 밸브를 통해 유입되는 냉매를 상기 연결배관을 통해 상기 압축기로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 밸브는
차량의 난방 모드 중, 제습이 요구될 경우, 상기 실외기로부터 배출되어 상기 제1 밸브를 통해 유입된 냉매가 상기 제1 유로로 유입되도록 상기 제1 유로와 연결되는 냉매배관을 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열교환부는
차량의 난방 모드 시, 상기 압축기를 통과하면서 압축된 고온 고압의 냉매를 상기 제2 유로로 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 히트펌프 시스템.
