Claims (11)
- 조성물 중 총 중량에 대하여 백출 20 내지 28 중량%, 매실 13 내지 19 중량%, 백복령 9 내지 15 중량%, 생강 9 내지 15 중량%, 백작약 6 내지 10 중량%, 계피 6 내지 10 중량%, 감초 6 내지 10 중량%, 당귀 2 내지 4 중량%, 산초 2 내지 4 중량% 및 건강 2 내지 4 중량%를 포함하는 식물성 원료에 덱스트린을 혼합시킨 한방추출물로서 유산균 중 비피도박테리움 속, 락토바실러스 속 및 스트렙토코커스 속 중 적어도 하나 이상을 증식시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 배지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 식물성 원료와 덱스트린은 1:9 내지 3:7의 비율로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 배지 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 한방추출물에는 MRS 파우더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 배지 조성물.
- (a) 식물성 원료로서, 백출 20 내지 28 중량%, 매실 13 내지 19 중량%, 백복령 9 내지 15 중량%, 생강 9 내지 15 중량%, 백작약 6 내지 10 중량%, 계피 6 내지 10 중량%, 감초 6 내지 10 중량%, 당귀 2 내지 4 중량%, 산초 2 내지 4 중량%, 건강 2 내지 4 중량%를 혼합시키는 단계;
(b) 혼합된 식물성 원료와 물의 비율을 1:5 내지 1:9의 비율로 혼합하고, 90℃ ~ 120℃의 조건에서 1 ~ 4시간 동안 추출액을 추출하는 단계;
(c) 상기 추출액을 여과포로 여과한 후, 감압 600mmHg ~ 800mmHg의 감압조건에서 농축하는 단계;
(d) 농축이 완료된 원료액에 덱스트린을 1:9 내지 3:7의 비율로 혼합하고 80℃ ~ 85℃ 에서 30분 이상 살균한 후 냉각시켜 추출물을 추출하는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 추출물을 멸균수에 혼합하고 MRS 파우더를 녹여 넣어 한방 배지를 제조하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 배지의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- (a) 비피도박테리움 비피덤, 비피도박테리움 롱검, 비피도박테리움 락티스, 락토바실러스 루테리, 락토바실러스 애시도필러스, 락토바실러스 람노수스 및 스트렙토코커스 써모필러스의 유산균을 MRS 액체배지가 담긴 캡튜브에 각각 접종 한 후 35℃ ~ 40℃ 배양기에서 계대 배양하는 단계;
(b) 조성물 중 총 중량에 대하여 백출 20 내지 28 중량%, 매실 13 내지 19 중량%, 백복령 9 내지 15 중량%, 생강 9 내지 15 중량%, 백작약 6 내지 10 중량%, 계피 6 내지 10 중량%, 감초 6 내지 10 중량%, 당귀 2 내지 4 중량%, 산초 2 내지 4 중량% 및 건강 2 내지 4 중량%를 포함하는 식물성 원료에 덱스트린을 혼합시킨 한방추출물을 포함하여 이루어지는 한방 배지에 상기 (a) 단계에서 배양된 유산균을 접종하는 단계; 및
(c) 접종된 배지를 35℃ ~ 40℃ 배양기에서 배양하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유산균 배양방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서 상기 식물성 원료와 덱스트린은 1:9 내지 3:7의 비율로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유산균 배양방법.
