원형의 하부면과, 상기 원형의 하부면보다 작은 직경을 갖는 원형으로 성형되어 상기 하부면에 상향 돌출된 체결구(110)의 상부면인 회전구(111)로 구성되어 상기 하부면 테두리 부분에 걸림턱(112)이 형성된 체결구(110)가 상기 내피(104)에 천공 형성된 회전구홀(105)에 삽입되어 케이스(100)에 대하여 자유롭게 회전 가능하도록 형성되고,
상기 외피(101)와 내피(104) 사이에는 내피(104)의 회전구 홀(105)에 대응하는 위치에 걸림턱 홀(103)이 형성된 심재(102)가 삽입되고, 상기 체결구(110)의 하부가 상기 심재(102)의 걸림턱 홀(103)에 삽입됨으로써, 체결구(110)의 걸림턱(112)이 내피(104)에 면접하여 빠지지 않도록 고정되며,
