Claims (4)
- (A) 전자제어 4WD시스템(10)에서 ABS(Anti-Lock Brake System)제어기의 ABS ACT 신호와 ESC(Electronic Stability Control)제어기의 4WD_OPEN 신호를 인식하는 단계;
(B) 상기 ABS ACT 신호와 상기 4WD_OPEN 신호가 모두 인식되면, 운전자 의지에 의한 차량 제동상태로 판단하고, 4WD해제가 수행되는 단계;
(C) 상기 ABS ACT 신호 만 인식되면, 브레이크 페달 신호로 운전자 의지에 의한 차량 제동 여부를 판단하는 단계;
(D) 상기 브레이크 페달 신호가 온(ON)이면 운전자 의지에 의한 차량 제동상태로 판단해 4WD해제가 수행되고, 반면 상기 브레이크 페달 신호가 오프(OFF)이면 운전자 의지에 반한 차량 제동상태로 판단하고, 4WD해제가 이루어지지 않는 단계;
가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 ABS 협조 제어 성능을 강화한 전자제어 4WD시스템 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (C)에서, 상기 운전자 의지에 의한 차량 제동 판단에는 엑셀페달개도 신호가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 ABS 협조 제어 성능을 강화한 전자제어 4WD시스템 제어방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 엑셀페달개도 신호는 오프(OFF)신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 ABS 협조 제어 성능을 강화한 전자제어 4WD시스템 제어방법.
- ABS(Anti-Lock Brake System)제어기와 ESC(Electronic Stability Control)제어기가 각각 CAN통신으로 연결되고;
상기 ABS제어기(200)의 ABS ACT 신호와 상기 ESC제어기의 4WD_OPEN 신호가 모두 인식될 때 ESC차량으로 판단해 4WD해제가 이루어지며, 상기 ABS ACT 신호 만 인식 시 ABD SOLO 차량으로 판단해 브레이크 페달 온(ON)신호 또는 엑셀페달개도 오프(OFF)신호가 검출될 때 만 4WD해제를 수행하는 ABS 서브로직;
이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 ABS 협조 제어 성능을 강화한 전자제어 4WD시스템.
