본 발명의 배경이 되는 기술은 한국 공개특허 10-2001-0053736호에 개시되어 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 플랫 케이블용 커넥터의 분해사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 플랫 케이블용 커넥터의 조립사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 커넥터에 결합되는 플랫 케이블의 사시도이다.
도 5a 내지 도 5e는 본 발명의 커넥터와 플랫 케이블의 조립 과정을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 플랫 케이블용 커넥터를 단면하여 도시한 단면사시도이다.
도 7은 본 발명에서 플랫 케이블의 결합상태를 보여주는 커넥터의 단면도이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 커넥터에 단자가 접속되는 상태를 나타낸 사시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 플랫 케이블 부분이 접혀져 플레이트 형상의 본체부 위에 씌워진 상태로 결합되는 리테이너;
상기 리테이너의 본체부 및 상기 본체부에 결합된 플랫 케이블 부분을 감싸도록 결합되고, 상기 본체부 양면에 결합되어 있는 플랫 케이블 부분의 노출된 도체부를 단자 접속이 가능하도록 외부로 노출시키는 노출홀이 형성된 하우징;
상기 하우징과 리테이너 사이에 결합된 플랫 케이블의 위치를 고정하도록 리테이너의 본체부에 형성되어 플랫 케이블의 끼움홀에 관통 삽입되는 위치고정돌기;
를 포함하며,
상기 본체부에 결합된 플랫 케이블 부분의 나란한 도체부들을 노출시키도록 상기 하우징에 복수 개의 노출홀이 나란하게 형성되고, 상기 하우징에서 이웃한 노출홀을 구획하도록 형성된 격벽 부분인 가이드가 직선형으로 형성되어 하우징 내 도체부와의 접속을 위해 각 노출홀에 삽입되는 단자를 안내하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 커넥터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 리테이너의 본체부 및 본체부에 결합된 플랫 케이블 부분을 수용할 수 있는 케이스 형상으로 제작되어 상기 리테이너의 본체부 및 플랫 케이블 부분을 전체적으로 감싸도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 커넥터.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 노출홀은 리테이너의 본체부 양면에 결합된 각 플랫 케이블 부분의 노출된 도체부를 노출시키도록 하우징의 양면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 커넥터.

상기 하우징의 격벽 부분이 하우징 내측에 위치한 플랫 케이블을 리테이너의 본체부에 밀착시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 커넥터.

상기 위치고정돌기는 플랫 케이블의 끼움홀을 관통하여 하우징에 형성된 고정홀에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 커넥터.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 위치고정돌기는 플랫 케이블이 씌워지는 리테이너의 본체부 끝단부에 본체부 폭방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 형성되고, 상기 고정홀은 하우징에서 본체부 끝단부 대응면에 일정 간격으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 커넥터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 리테이너는,
상기 하우징 내에 삽입되어 결합되는 부분으로서, 상기 플랫 케이블 부분이 하우징과의 사이에 'ㄷ'자 형태로 접혀져 밀착 결합되도록 플레이트 형상으로 형성된 본체부; 및
상기 본체부의 일측에 일체로 형성되어 상기 하우징과 체결되어지는 플랜지부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 커넥터.
