Abstract
Description
도 2 는 본 발명에 따른 폐차 디젤 엔진을 이용한 경유 및 LNG 겸용 엔진 발전 시스템의 제어 계통도,
도 3 은 본 발명에 따른 폐차 디젤 엔진을 이용한 경유 및 LNG 겸용 엔진 발전 시스템의 작동 순서도이다.

Claims (5)
- 폐차된 디젤 차량으로부터 회수된 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)과;
상기 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)에 연결되어 전기를 생산하는 발전기(20)와;
상기 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 연료로서 LNG가 저장되는 LNG탱크(30)와;
상기 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 연료로서 경유가 저장되는 경유탱크(40)와;
외기를 흡입하여 상기 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)에 공급하기 위한 흡기관(60)과;
상기 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 작동에 따라 발생되는 배기가스를 외부로 배출하기 위한 배기관(70)과;
상기 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 연료로서 LNG를 사용할 경우 최초 시동을 위해 흡기관(60)을 통과하는 흡기공기를 가열하는 전기버너(62)와;
상기 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 시동 후 배기관(70)을 통하여 배출되는 배기가스를 회수하여 흡기관(60)을 통과하는 흡기공기를 가열하기 위한 열교환기(64)와;
전체 작동을 제어하는 제어부(100)를 포함하는 폐차 디젤 엔진을 이용한 경유 및 LNG 겸용 엔진 발전 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 LNG탱크(30)와 경유탱크(40)는 각각 LNG공급관(32)과 경유공급관(42)에 의해 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 인젝터(14)와 연결되되, 상기 LNG공급관(32)과 경유공급관(42) 및 인젝터(14)의 교차점에는 삼방밸브(50)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 디젤 엔진을 이용한 경유 및 LNG 겸용 엔진 발전 시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부(100)는 연료로서 LNG가 선택되는 경우, 삼방밸브(50)를 제어하여 LNG를 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 인젝터(14)에 공급함과 아울러 상기 전기버너(62)를 가동하여 흡기공기를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 디젤 엔진을 이용한 경유 및 LNG 겸용 엔진 발전 시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 시동 여부를 감지하는 엔진시동감지수단(86)과;
상기 배기관(70) 및 열교환기(64)를 연결하는 제1열교환관(80)에 설치되는 제1솔레노이드밸브(82)를 더 포함하되;
상기 제어부(100)는 엔진시동감지수단(86)으로부터 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 시동이 감지되면 상기 전기버너(62)의 작동을 정지시키고, 상기 제1솔레노이드밸브(82)를 개방하여 배기관(70)을 통하여 배출되는 배기가스를 열교환기(64)로 공급함에 따라 흡기관(60)을 통과하는 흡기공기를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 디젤 엔진을 이용한 경유 및 LNG 겸용 엔진 발전 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배기관(70)과 폐차 디젤 엔진(10)의 하부에 결합된 오일팬(19)은 배기관(70)을 통해 배출되는 배기가스로 오일팬(19)을 가열하기 위해 제2열교환관(90)으로 연결되되, 상기 제2열교환관(90)은 배기관(70)으로부터 분기되어 오일팬(19)의 외부표면에 접하도록 배치된 후 다시 배기관(70)으로 리턴 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐차 디젤 엔진을 이용한 경유 및 LNG 겸용 엔진 발전 시스템.
