Description
Claims (4)
- 액상 유체가 흐르는 유로 및 밸브시트가 형성된 하부 하우징;상기 밸브시트와 함께 상기 유로를 흐르는 액상 유체의 유량을 조정하는 체결부를 구비하는 밸브본체;상기 밸브본체를 상기 밸브시트에 대하여 접근 및 이간시키는 왕복구동부;상기 왕복구동부가 수납되는 상부 하우징이 마련되며,상기 체결부에 대하여 대략 원판형의 플렌지부가 주름상자에 의해 결합되도록, 상기 밸브본체가 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조정밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밸브본체는,상기 왕복구동부에서 연장된 축이 삽입 관통되는 삽입구멍과,상기 삽입구멍의 내부와 대기(大氣)를 연결하는 연통부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조정밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 왕복구동부는, 상기 밸브본체를 향하여 연장된 축과, 상기 축에 대하여 교차하는 방향으로 연장된 대략 원판형의 슬라이드부를 포함하며,상기 하부 하우징과 상기 상부 하우징의 사이에는, 상기 왕복구동부가 끼워져 결합됨과 아울러, 상기 축 및 상기 슬라이드부를 상기 밸브시트에 대하여 접근 및 이간시키는 방향으로 이동가능하게 지지하는 대략 통(筒) 형상의 가이드부를 구비하는 중간 하우징을 포함하고,상기 가이드부에 있어서의 상기 슬라이드부와 마찰운동하는 부분은, 상기 중간 하우징으로부터 독립되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조정밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밸브본체가 상기 밸브시트의 근방에 접근했을 때에, 상기 밸브본체를 검출하는 검출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조정밸브.
