Claims (8)
- 디바이스의 제조에 사용되는 적층체의 제조 방법에 있어서,
유리제의 디바이스 기판과 유리제의 지지판 사이에 수지층이 개재 장착되고, 상기 수지층이 상기 디바이스 기판의 제1 주면에 박리 가능하게 밀착됨과 함께 상기 지지판 위에 고정된 적층체 블록을 소정 치수로 절단하여, 상기 적층체 블록의 외주면의 적어도 둘레 방향 일부를 평면화하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 공정에 의해, 상기 적층체의 블록의 외주에 존재하는 오목 홈을 제거하는 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적층체 블록의 외주면의 평면화된 부분의 코너부를 모따기하는 공정을 더 포함하는 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스 기판이 플로트법에 의해 제조된 유리 기판이며,
상기 코너부를 모따기한 후, 상기 디바이스 기판의 제2 주면을 연마하는 공정을 포함하는 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지층의 외주면의 평면화된 부분이 상기 수지층의 두께 방향에 평행한 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스 기판은 두께 0.03 ㎜ 이상 0.8 ㎜ 미만의 유리 기판인 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지층은 아크릴 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지 및 실리콘 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지층의 두께가 5 내지 50 ㎛인 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 디바이스의 제조에 사용되는 적층체에 있어서,
유리제의 디바이스 기판과 유리제의 지지판 사이에 수지층이 개재 장착되고, 상기 수지층이 상기 디바이스 기판의 제1 주면에 박리 가능하게 밀착됨과 함께 상기 지지판 위에 고정된 적층체 블록을 소정 치수로 절단하여, 상기 적층체 블록의 외주면의 적어도 둘레 방향 일부를 평면화함으로써, 상기 적층체 블록의 외주에 존재하는 오목 홈을 제거한 적층체.
