Claims (11)
- 니켈 함유 광석으로부터 니켈을 산으로 침출하여 니켈이온을 함유하는 침출용액을 얻는 침출단계;
상기 침출용액을 원심분리하여 고상의 침출 잔사와 니켈이온을 함유하는 침출액을 분리 회수하는 니켈이온 함유 침출액 회수단계;
상기 니켈이온 함유 침출액에 니켈 함유 광석을 투입하고, 상기 니켈 함유 광석에 니켈을 석출시켜 페로니켈 석출물을 포함하는 석출용액을 얻는 석출단계; 및
상기 석출용액을 고액 분리하여 고상의 페로니켈 석출물과 석출 여액을 분리하여 회수하는 페로니켈 석출물 회수단계를 더 포함하는 니켈 습식 제련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원심분리는 디캔터에 의해 수행되는 것인 니켈 습식 제련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고상의 침출 잔사를 수세한 후 고액 분리하여 수세액을 회수하고, 상기 수세액을 니켈이온 함유용액에 혼합하는 수세단계를 더 포함하는 니켈 습식 제련 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수세단계의 고액 분리는 필터프레스에 의해 수행되는 것인 니켈 습식 제련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페로니켈 석출물 회수단계는 필터프레스에 의해 수행되는 것인 니켈 습식 제련 방법.
- 니켈 함유 광석을 산으로 용해시켜 니켈이온을 침출하는 침출 반응이 일어나며, 상기 침출 반응에 의해 얻어진 침출용액을 배출하는 침출조;
상기 침출용액을 원심분리하여 니켈 이온을 함유하는 침출액과 고상의 침출 잔사로 분리 회수하는 원심분리장치; 및
상기 침출액과 니켈 함유 광석이 공급되고, 상기 침출액의 니켈 이온이 상기 니켈 함유 광석에 석출되는 석출반응이 일어나며, 상기 석출 반응에 의해 얻어진 페로니켈 석출물을 포함하는 석출용액을 배출하는 석출조
를 포함하는 니켈 습식 제련 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 원심분리장치는 디캔터인 니켈 습식 제련 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 석출용액을 고액 분리하여 석출 여액과 페로니켈 석출물을 분리하는 필터프레스를 더 포함하는 니켈 습식 제련 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고상의 침출 잔사를 수세하여 잔류하는 니켈 이온을 회수하고, 상기 니켈 이온이 함유된 수세액을 상기 석출조에 공급하는 수세조를 하나 이상 더 포함하는 니켈 습식 제련 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수세조는 상기 수세액을 고액 분리에 의해 수세잔사와 분리하는 필터프레스를 더 포함하는 니켈 습식 제련 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 침출용액의 pH를 조절하여 상기 침출용액 중의 액상의 불순물을 석출시킨 후에 원심분리장치로 공급하는 pH조를 더 포함하는 니켈 습식 제련 장치.
