Abstract
본 발명은 황과 발효 단백질을 손상모발 영양과 유해균에 오염된 두피. 모발개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 미세한 크기로 분쇄된 한약재, 마늘, 생강, 양파, 법제화 된 유황, 검은콩, 미강, 맥아당, 다시마, 탄산수소나트륨, 구연산등이 포함된 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 마늘, 양파, 유황 및 다시마의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 무즙 6~8 중량부 혼합하여 반죽하고 보온 탈취하여 얻어진 황 추출물 및 검은콩, 맥아, 옥수수, 밀 및 미강의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 발효제 6~8 중량부 혼합 후 발효하여 얻어지는 발효물에 구연산 10 중량부를 혼합하여 산화 반응을 일으킨 다음, 탄산 수소 나트륨으로 pH 6.5로 약산성화한 발효 단백질을 혼합하여 이루어지는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물을 제공한다.
또한 본 발명은 검은콩, 맥아, 옥수수, 밀 및 미강의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 발효제 6~8 중량부 혼합 후 발효하는 단계, 발효물에 구연산 10 중량부를 혼합하여 산화시키는 단계, 산화물에 탄산 수소 나트륨을 혼합하여 pH 6.5로 약산성의 발효 단백질을 획득하는 단계 및 약산성의 발효 단백질에 마늘, 양파, 유황 및 다시마의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 무즙 6~8 중량부 혼합하여 반죽하고 보온 탈취하여 얻어진 황 추출물을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물의 제조 방법을 제공한다.

Description
본 발명은 황과 발효 단백질을 손상모발 영양과 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 모발개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 미세한 크기로 분쇄된 마늘, 양파, 법제화 된 유황, 검은콩, 미강, 맥아당, 다시마, 탄산수소나트륨, 구연산등이 포함된 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 생활 수준이 향상된 현대 산업화 사회에서는 거의 매일같이 샴푸 및 염색, 펌 등으로 모발에 손상을 가져오는 환경에 노출되어 있다. 즉, 시중에 판매되고 있는 샴푸는 모발의 보호 목적보다는 세정력 위주로 제조 판매되어 매일 모발에 샴푸를 할 경우 모발에 손상을 가져오게 된다.
그리고, 종래 헤어제품들은 여러 화학적 합성물질을 사용하고 있는 것으로서, 두피 및 모발의 자연적으로 조절 가능한 진정 및 정화 작용을 기대하기가 어려울 뿐만 아니라 이로 인한 두피 및 모발에 이상 자극을 유발하고 있다.
또한, 두피에서 형성되는 비듬은 두피의 죽은 세포가 딱딱한 각질 형태로 떨어져 나오지 못하면서 두피에서 분비되는 피지, 땀과 뭉쳐서 커다란 덩어리로 된 것을 말한다. 이로 인해 세균의 이상번식이 가능하다. 통상 비듬은 두피 속의 가려움증을 수반하게 되는데 이때 두피 속을 세게 긁게 되면 상처가 나고 결국 염증을 유발하여 습진, 탈모현상까지 발생하게 된다.
즉, 두피질환을 일으키는 유해균에 의해 두피가 감염되어, 가렵게 되고 염증이 생기면, 표피의 세포주기가 빠르게 되어 비정상적으로 각질화 되며, 이러한 지루성 피부염의 경우에는 증상의 악화와 더불어 모공 악화를 초래한다.
탈모의 원인 중 하나는 피지 막의 변성, 부폐산물 등의 원인에 의해 모공이 감염되고, 이로 인한 모발의 성장에 영향을 줌으로써 탈모로 이어지는 것이다.
그러나, 아직까지 여러 화학적 합성물질로 이루어진 종래의 헤어제품들은 이러한 유해균들에 효과적으로 대응 할 수 없으며, 유해환경으로 인해 모공 및 모발의 건강한 환경을 만들지 못해 이상 탈모의 환경이 되고 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 한약재 성분이 포함된 두피 및 모발개선용 조성물 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
구체적으로 본 발명은 미세한 크기로 분쇄된 한약재, 마늘, 생강, 양파, 법제된 유황, 검은콩, 미강, 맥아당, 다시마, 탄산수소나트륨, 구연산과 이들을 발효시키는 발효제를 포함한 조성물을 제조하고, 이를 통하여 한약재의 약리효과로 인해 염증이나 각종 피부 질환을 예방하거나 치료하고, 유효한 영양 성분(유효 단백질)을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명은 마늘, 양파, 유황 및 다시마의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 무즙 6~8 중량부 혼합하여 반죽하고 보온 탈취하여 얻어진 황 추출물 및 검은콩, 맥아, 옥수수, 밀 및 미강의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 발효제 6~8 중량부 혼합 후 발효하여 얻어지는 발효물에 구연산 10 중량부를 혼합하여 산화 반응을 일으킨 다음, 탄산 수소 나트륨으로 pH 6.5로 약산성화한 발효 단백질을 혼합하여 이루어지는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물을 제공한다.
또한 본 발명의 다른 일 예로, 발효제는, 맥아당, 흑설탕, 막걸리, 포도주 및 신곡 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물을 제공한다.
또한 본 발명의 다른 일 예로, 황 추출물은 마늘, 양파, 유황 및 다시마의 분쇄물과 무즙을 반죽한 것은 40℃에서 6 내지 8일 보온 탈취하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물을 제공한다.
또한 본 발명은 검은콩, 맥아, 옥수수, 밀 및 미강의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 발효제 6~8 중량부 혼합 후 발효하는 단계, 발효물에 구연산 10 중량부를 혼합하여 산화시키는 단계, 산화물에 탄산 수소 나트륨을 혼합하여 pH 6.5로 약산성의 발효 단백질을 획득하는 단계 및 약산성의 발효 단백질에 마늘, 양파, 유황 및 다시마의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 무즙 6~8 중량부 혼합하여 반죽하고 보온 탈취하여 얻어진 황 추출물을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 펌 염색에 의해 손상된 모발에 영향을 제공하고 유해균에 감염된 두피에 한약재의 약리효과로 인해 염증이나 모발 영양 결핍과 같은 각종 두피 질환을 예방하거나 치료할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명에 의해 제조된 조성물은 한약재 성분에 의하여 지방을 포함하는 각종 노폐물 및 유해균을 제거하고, 각종 영양분을 공급해 줌과 동시에 모공의 관리도 가능하며, 보습 및 영양공급 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명의 의해 제조된 조성물은, 법제화된 황 추출물에 의해 두피를 오염시킨 유해균을 제거할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 발효 단백질에 의해 손상된 모발에 영양 성분을 공급할 수 있어, 세정과 살균 및 컨디셔닝을 동시에 가능하게 한다는 장점이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물은, 기본적으로 황 추출물, 즉, 한약재와 함께 법제화된 황을 포함한다.
법제화된 황은, 유황과 함께 마늘, 양파, 및 다시마를 미세하게 분쇄하여 보온 탈취하여 얻어진다.
먼저 법제화된 황의 제조 시에 포함되는 마늘은 항암 및 소염 작염이 뛰어난 재료로, 마늘에 포함된 아리신이라는 성분이 바이러스나 곰팡이(진균)에 대한 살균 효과가 뛰어난 것으로 알려져 있다.
또한 양파의 유효 성분 중 하나인 ‘퀘르세틴’은 동맥 경화를 예방하는 효능을 갖고 있으며, 또 다른 성분인 ‘유화프로필’은 중성 지방과 콜레스테롤수치를 낮추는 작용을 한다.양파를 가열하면 ‘유화프로필’이라는 성분은 줄어들지만 가열 정도에 따라 ‘트리슬피드’라는 성분과 ‘세피엔’이라는 성분으로 변한다. 이들 성분은 중성 지방이나 콜레스테롤 수치를 낮추는 작용과 혈압을 내리는 역할을 한다. 그리고 양파의 껍질에 들어 있는 황색 색소인 ‘퀘르세틴’이라는 성분은 모세 혈관을 강하게 해주고 딱딱하게 굳은 동맥을 부드럽게 만들어 심장병 예방에 효과가 있다. 또한 양파의 유화프로필이라는 성분은 혈당치를 낮추는 효과가 뛰어나 당뇨병 예방과 치료에 도움을 준다. 양파에는 간장의 해독 작용을 강화시키는 ‘그루타치온’ 성분이 많이 들어있다. 간장의 해독 기능이 강화되면 임신중독은 물론 약물 중독, 알레르기에 대한 저항력이 강해지는 장점이 있다. 뿐만 아니라 양파는 간장속의 지질을 저하시켜 간장을 건강하고 튼튼하게 해주며, 피로를 회복 시켜주고 변비에도 좋다. 술을 마실 때 양파를 함께 먹으면 알코올로 인해 파괴되기 쉬운 비타민 B1의 흡수도 높이면서 술독을 중화시켜 간장을 보호한다. 양파는 아주 강력한 살균력을 가지고 있는데, 대장균이나 식중독을 일으키는 살모넬라균을 비롯한 병원균을 죽이기 때문에 식중독 예방에도 효과를 볼 수 있다. 생양파를 3~8분간 씹으면 입 안의 세균이 완전 멸균되기 때문에 충치를 예방해 준다. 이 밖에도 무좀, 습진의 예방과 치료에도 효과가 있다.
또한 다시마에는 머리카락을 건강하게 해주는 단백질과 비타민이 풍부하고, 머리카락의 성장에 중요한 역할을 하는 칼슘과 철분, 아연, 요오드, 유황 등이 함유되어 있다. 특히, 다시마에는 모발의 발육을 촉진시키는 옥소라는 성분이 함유되어 있다.
유황은 뼈나 피부, 머리카락에 많이 분포되어 있어 이로 인한 결핍으로 대머리, 손톱발톱의 각질화, 피부의 노화 등이 일어나게 되는 원인 물질이기도 하다. 우리 몸에도 생체원소로서 수소(H), 산소(O), 질소(N), 유황(S), 나트륨(Na) 등 14종의 원소들은 주체적인 것들로서 그중 유황은 8번째로 많은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 유황의 살균작용을 생화학적으로 살펴보면, 유황을 피부에 바르면 유기물과 작용하여 펜타티온산이 형성된다. 이 물질이 피부 각질을 용해시켜 살충, 살균작용을 한다. 따라서 유황은 염증을 삭히고 살균력이 강하여 피부염에 좋은 역할을 하는 것으로 보고되어 있다.
무즙 역시 살균 작용이 있을 뿐 아니라, 전분을 분해하는 아밀라아제와 디아스타제가 많다. 또한 단백질 분해 효소인 프로테아제, 지방 분해효소인 리파아제도 소량 함유되어 있다. 이들 효소는 몸안에서 소화를 도와주기 때문에 숙취, 속쓰림, 위산과다, 위가 더부룩할 때 좋다. 이밖에 체내에서 발생하는 과산화수소를 분해하는 카탈라아제 등의 효소가 풍부해 소화를 촉진한다.
마늘, 양파, 유황 및 다시마의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 무즙 6~8 중량부 혼합하여 반죽하고 6~8일간 보온 탈취하여 법제화된 황을 추출한다.
또한, 검은콩, 맥아, 옥수수, 밀 및 미강의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 발효제 6~8 중량부 혼합 후 발효하여 얻어지는 발효물에 구연산 10 중량부를 혼합하여 산화 반응을 일으킨 다음, 탄산 수소 나트륨으로 pH 6.5로 약산성화한 발효 단백질을 얻는다. 얻어진 발효 단백질과 상기한 법제화된 황을 혼합하여 최종 산물인 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물을 획득한다.
검은콩은 모발 성장에 필수 성분인 시스테인(cysteine)이 함유되어 있어 탈모를 방지하는 데도 효과가 있으며, 맥아는 비타민 E를 다량 포함하고 있어 모발을 강하게 해주고 모발의 발육을 도와준다. 또한 옥수수 성분은 두피 및 모발을 보습해준다. 또한 밀은 밀에 포함된 밀 단백질이 두피 및 모발에 보호막을 형성할 수 있다. 미강에 많이 들어있는 영양성분인 철분,마그네슘,나트륨,비타민E 등은 몸의 항산성을 조절해주고 미백효과,노화방지,주름살,기미,주근깨,아토피,여드름 등을 개선해준다.
검은콩, 맥아, 옥수수, 밀 및 미강의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 발효제로, 맥아당, 흑설탕, 막걸리, 포도주 및 신곡 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질이 6 내지 8 중량부가 이용된다.
발효 후에 발효물에 구연산 10 중량부를 혼합하여 산화 반응을 일으켜 단백질 입자를 조금 더 잘게 분해한 다음, 탄산 수소 나트륨을 이용하여 산성화된 발효 단백질을 pH 6.5의 약산성으로 만들어준다. 탄산 수소 나트륨을 조금씩 혼합하며 pH 6.5를 맞추는 방법으로 약산성화 시킨다.
약산성의 발효 단백질과 상기의 법제화된 황과 혼합함으로써 최종 산물인 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물을 획득한다.
실시예
1
1. 마늘 250g, 양파 250g, 유황 250g 및 다시마 250g을 혼합하여 100㎛ 정도의 입자 크기로 분쇄하고, 분쇄물에 무즙 600g을 혼합하여 반죽한 다음, 40℃의 보온기에서 7일간 보온 탈취하여 황 추출물을 얻는다.
2. 검은콩 200g, 맥아 200g, 옥수수 200g, 밀 200g 및 미강 200g에 발효제로 막걸리 600g을 혼합하여 사흘간 발효시키고, 발효물에 구연산 1kg을 혼합하여 산화 반응을 일으킨 다음 탄산 수소 나트륨을 조금씩 첨가하며 산도를 조절하여 pH 6.5로 약산성화한 발효 단백질을 얻는다.
3. 1에서 얻어진 황 추출물과 2에서 얻어진 발효 단백질을 혼합하여 실시예 1의 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물을 얻는다.
살균력 실험
실시예 1의 조성물을 이용하여 살균력을 실험하기 위해 11종의 미생물에 대한 실험을 신라대학교 산학협력단 식품분석센터에 의뢰하여 수행하였다.
살균력 실험에 이용한 균주는 표 1과 같다

실시예 1의 조성물을 각각 50%, 25%, 12.5% 희석한 다음, 미생물 배양액 현탁액과 혼합하여 10분간 반응한 후 중화하여 미생물의 살균력을 조사하였다.
희석수로는 멸균 생리식염수(0.85% Nacl)를 사용하였고, 희석액 9ml에 미생물 배양액 현탁액 1ml를 혼합한 다음 10분간 반응시킨 다음 시험균주 현탁희석액의 생균수(Nv)를 다음 식에 따라 산정하였다.
또한 살균력은 시험균의 초기 균수(CFU/ml)에 대한 생균수(CFU/ml)의 감소율(%)을 말한다.
결과
시험 결과, 조성물 50% 농도에서 90% 이상의 살균력을 보인 미생물은 Proteus mirabilis, Yersinia enterocolitica, E. coli O157:H7, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Clostridium perfringens로 11종 중 7종으로 나타났다.
또한 조성물 25% 농도에서 90% 이상의 살균력을 보인 미생물은 Yersinia enterocolitica, E. coli O157:H7, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium perfringens로 11종 중 5종으로 나타났다.
또한 조성물 12.5% 농도에서 90% 이상의 살균력을 보인 미생물은 Yersinia enterocolitic, Bacillus subtilis로 11종 중 2종으로 나타났다.
상기와 같이 본 발명의 조성물은 살균력시험을 통하여 피부상재 및 병원성 미생물에 대해 유의한 살균효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
Claims (4)
- 마늘, 양파, 유황 및 다시마의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 무즙 6~8 중량부 혼합하여 반죽하고 보온 탈취하여 얻어진 황 추출물; 및
검은콩, 맥아, 옥수수, 밀 및 미강의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 발효제 6~8 중량부 혼합 후 발효하여 얻어지는 발효물에 구연산 10 중량부를 혼합하여 산화 반응을 일으킨 다음, 탄산 수소 나트륨으로 pH 6.5로 약산성화한 발효 단백질;을 혼합하여 이루어지는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
발효제는, 맥아당, 흑설탕, 막걸리, 포도주 및 신곡 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
황 추출물은 마늘, 양파, 유황 및 다시마의 분쇄물과 무즙을 반죽한 것은 40℃에서 6 내지 8일 보온 탈취하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물. - 검은콩, 맥아, 옥수수, 밀 및 미강의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 발효제 6~8 중량부 혼합 후 발효하는 단계;
발효물에 구연산 10 중량부를 혼합하여 산화시키는 단계;
산화물에 탄산 수소 나트륨을 혼합하여 pH 6.5로 약산성의 발효 단백질을 획득하는 단계; 및
약산성의 발효 단백질에 마늘, 양파, 유황 및 다시마의 분쇄물 10 중량부에 무즙 6~8 중량부 혼합하여 반죽하고 보온 탈취하여 얻어진 황 추출물을 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황과 발효 단백질을 이용한 유해균에 오염된 두피 및 손상 모발 개선용 조성물의 제조 방법.
