Claims (12)
- 베인슬롯이 형성되는 실린더;상기 실린더의 상하 양측을 복개하고 상기 베인슬롯의 양측에 흡입구와 토출구가 연통되도록 압축공간을 형성하는 한 쌍의 베어링;상기 한 쌍의 베어링에 지지되어 상기 압축공간에서 선회운동을 하는 롤링피스톤; 및상기 실린더의 베인슬롯에서 반경방향으로 미끄러지게 결합되어 상기 롤링피스톤과 함께 상기 실린더의 압축공간을 흡입영역과 토출영역로 구분하는 베인;을 포함하고,상기 베인의 축방향 양측면 중에서 적어도 어느 한 쪽 면에는 운동방향으로 제1 실링홈이 형성되고, 그 제1 실링홈에는 상기 베어링과 대향되도록 제1 실링부재가 삽입되며,상기 베인은 그 일단이 상기 롤링피스톤의 외주면에 소정의 깊이로 삽입되어 결합되고, 상기 제1 실링부재는 평면투영시 그 양단이 상기 실린더의 내주면과 롤링피스톤의 외주면에 각각 접하거나 삽입될 수 있도록 형성되는 로터리 압축기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 실링부재의 축방향 높이는 상기 제1 실링홈의 깊이보다 크거나 같게 형성되는 로터리 압축기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 실링홈의 양끝단 중에서 적어도 어느 한 쪽에는 그 제1 실링홈의 바닥면과 상기 제1 실링부재의 바닥면 사이로 고압가스가 안내되도록 가스안내홈이 연통되는 로터리 압축기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 실링부재의 축방향 높이는 제1 실링홈의 깊이보다 작거나 같게 형성되는 로터리 압축기.
- 베인슬롯이 형성되는 실린더;상기 실린더의 상하 양측을 복개하고 상기 베인슬롯의 양측에 흡입구와 토출구가 연통되도록 압축공간을 형성하는 한 쌍의 베어링;상기 한 쌍의 베어링에 지지되어 상기 압축공간에서 선회운동을 하는 롤링피스톤; 및상기 실린더의 베인슬롯에서 반경방향으로 미끄러지게 결합되어 상기 롤링피스톤과 함께 상기 실린더의 압축공간을 흡입영역과 토출영역로 구분하는 베인;을 포함하고,상기 베인의 축방향 양측면 중에서 적어도 어느 한 쪽 면에는 운동방향으로 제1 실링홈이 형성되고, 그 제1 실링홈에는 상기 베어링과 대향되도록 제1 실링부재가 삽입되며,상기 베인의 끝단에는 제2 실링부재가 일체로 결합되고, 그 제2 실링부재가 상기 롤링피스톤의 외주면에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 로터리 압축기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 롤링피스톤의 외주면에는 상기 제2 실링부재가 회전 가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 축방향으로 길게 제2 실링홈이 형성되는 로터리 압축기.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1 실링부재의 일단은 상기 롤링피스톤의 내부에 위치하고, 상기 제1 실링부재의 타단은 상기 베인이 베인슬롯에서 최대로 인출될 때에도 그 베인슬롯의 안쪽에 위치하는 로터리 압축기.
- 베인슬롯이 형성되는 실린더;상기 실린더의 상하 양측을 복개하고 상기 베인슬롯의 양측에 흡입구와 토출구가 연통되도록 압축공간을 형성하는 한 쌍의 베어링;상기 한 쌍의 베어링에 지지되어 상기 압축공간에서 선회운동을 하는 롤링피스톤; 및상기 실린더의 베인슬롯에서 반경방향으로 미끄러지게 결합되어 상기 롤링피스톤과 함께 상기 실린더의 압축공간을 흡입영역과 토출영역로 구분하는 베인;을 포함하고,상기 베인의 축방향 양측면 중에서 적어도 어느 한 쪽 면에는 운동방향으로 제1 실링홈이 형성되고, 그 제1 실링홈에는 상기 베어링과 대향되도록 제1 실링부재가 삽입되며,상기 베인은 그 끝단이 상기 롤링피스톤의 외주면에 접촉되고, 상기 베인의 상하 양측면에는 소정의 높이로 단차면이 형성되며, 상기 단차면에 상기 제1 실링부재가 삽입되도록 제1 실링홈이 형성되는 로터리 압축기.
- 베인슬롯이 형성되는 실린더;상기 실린더의 상하 양측을 복개하고 상기 베인슬롯의 양측에 흡입구와 토출구가 연통되도록 압축공간을 형성하는 한 쌍의 베어링;상기 한 쌍의 베어링에 지지되어 상기 압축공간에서 선회운동을 하는 롤링피스톤; 및상기 실린더의 베인슬롯에서 반경방향으로 미끄러지게 결합되어 상기 롤링피스톤과 함께 상기 실린더의 압축공간을 흡입영역과 토출영역로 구분하는 베인;을 포함하고,상기 베인의 축방향 양측면 중에서 적어도 어느 한 쪽 면에는 운동방향으로 제1 실링홈이 형성되고, 그 제1 실링홈에는 상기 베어링과 대향되도록 제1 실링부재가 삽입되며,상기 제1 실링부재는 상기 베인에 비해 윤활성이 좋은 재질로 형성되는 로터리 압축기.
