산 가용 Ti: 0.0001% 이상 또한 0.008% 미만,
Ce, La로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 합계: 0.001 내지 0.04%를 함유하고,

산 가용 Al이 0.01% 초과 또한 2.0% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 강 조직에서는, 원 상당 직경 0.5 내지 2㎛인 개재물의 개수 밀도가 15개/㎟ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 강 조직 중에서는, 원 상당 직경 1.0㎛ 이상인 개재물 중, 긴 직경을 짧은 직경으로 나눈 어스펙트비가 5 이상인 연신 개재물의 개수 비율이 20% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 강 조직 중에서는, 원 상당 직경 1.0㎛ 이상인 개재물 중, Ce, La의 적어도 1종, O, S의 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 산화물 또는 옥시설파이드, 또는, Ce, La의 적어도 1종, Si, Ti의 적어도 1종, O, S의 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 산화물 또는 옥시설파이드에, MnS, TiS, (Mn, Ti)S의 적어도 1종이 석출된 개재물의 개수 비율이, 10% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 강 조직 중에서는, 원 상당 직경이 1㎛ 이상이고, 또한, 긴 직경을 짧은 직경으로 나눈 어스펙트비가 5 이상인 연신 개재물의 체적 개수 밀도가, 1.0×104개/㎣ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 강 조직 중에서는, Ce, La의 적어도 1종, O, S의 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 산화물 또는 옥시설파이드, 또는, Ce, La의 적어도 1종, Si, Ti의 적어도 1종, O, S의 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 산화물 또는 옥시설파이드에, MnS, TiS, (Mn, Ti)S의 적어도 1종이 석출된 개재물의 체적 개수 밀도가, 1.0×103개/㎣ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 강 조직 중에는, 원 상당 직경이 1㎛ 이상이고, 또한, 긴 직경을 짧은 직경으로 나눈 어스펙트비가 5 이상인 연신 개재물이 존재하고, 이 연신 개재물의 평균 원 상당 직경이, 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 강 조직 중에는, Ce, La의 적어도 1종, O, S의 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 산화물 또는 옥시설파이드, 또는, Ce, La의 적어도 1종, Si, Ti의 적어도 1종, O, S의 적어도 1종으로 이루어지는 산화물 또는 옥시설파이드에, MnS, TiS, (Mn, Ti)S의 적어도 1종이 석출된 개재물이 존재하고, 이 개재물이, 평균 조성으로 Ce, La의 적어도 1종을 합계로 0.5 내지 95 질량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 강 조직의 평균 결정립 직경이 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
판 두께가 0.5 내지 20mm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
적어도 편면에 아연 도금층 또는 합금화 아연 도금층을 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 화학 성분을 갖는 용강을 연속 주조해서 슬래브로 가공하는 제1 공정과,
상기 슬래브에 대하여, 850℃ 이상 또한 970℃ 이하의 마무리 온도에서 열간 압연을 행하고, 강판을 제작하는 제2 공정과,
상기 강판을, 450℃ 이하의 냉각 제어 온도까지 10 내지 100℃/초의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각한 후, 300℃ 이상 또한 450℃ 이하의 권취 온도에서 권취하는 제3 공정을 포함하고, 열연 강판을 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 열연 강판의 적어도 편면에, 아연 도금 또는 합금화 아연 도금을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 제1 공정 후 또한 상기 제2 공정 전의 슬래브를, 1100℃ 이상으로 재가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
