Claims (5)
- 차량의 드라이브 샤프트 상에 설치되어 진동을 흡수하는 차량용 다이나믹 댐퍼에 있어서,
상기 드라이브 샤프트의 외주면에 둘레를 따라 공간부가 형성된 상태로 결합되는 원통형의 고무댐퍼(rubber damper);
상기 고무댐퍼의 내주면에 둘레를 따라 결합되어 고무댐퍼로부터 전달되는 진동을 흡수하는 매스댐퍼(mass damper);
상기 고무댐퍼의 공간부로부터 매스댐퍼를 관통하여 고무댐퍼의 외주면까지 연장되는 관통부; 및
상기 관통부의 상단에 개폐 가능하도록 결합되어 관통부를 통해 유동되는 공기의 흐름을 조절하는 차단부; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 다이나믹 댐퍼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 관통부는,
내부로 공기가 드나들 수 있도록 형성된 원통형의 관로; 및
상기 관로의 상단에서 반지름 방향으로 연장되는 환형의 입구부; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 다이나믹 댐퍼.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차단부는 원판 형태의 고무 재질로 이루어지고,
상기 차단부의 중앙에는 십자(十) 형태의 절개부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 다이나믹 댐퍼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
공진대역에서 상기 매스댐퍼의 진동이 증가되는 경우, 공간부에 충진된 공기는 차단부가 개방됨에 따라 관통부를 통해 외부로 배출되고,
반공진대역에서 상기 매스댐퍼의 진동이 감소되는 경우, 공간부에 충진된 공기는 차단부가 폐쇄됨에 따라 관통부를 통해 외부로 배출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 다이나믹 댐퍼.
