(해결 수단) 아크릴산에스테르계 단량체 단위와 다관능성 단량체 단위를 함유하는 고무질 중합체의 존재하에, 비닐계 단량체를 그래프트 중합하여 이루어지는 그래프트 공중합체로서, 그 고무질 중합체 중의 상기 다관능성 단량체 단위의 합계량이, 아크릴산에스테르계 단량체 단위 100 질량부에 대하여 0.3 ∼ 3 질량부이고, 또한 상기 다관능성 단량체 단위의 총량 100 질량% 중에 2 개의 불포화 결합을 갖는 다관능성 단량체 단위 30 ∼ 95 질량% 와 3 개의 불포화 결합을 갖는 다관능성 단량체 단위 5 ∼ 70 질량% 를 함유하는 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체. 이 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체를 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.

Claims (9)
- 아크릴산에스테르계 단량체 단위와 알릴기를 갖는 다관능성 단량체 단위를 함유하는 고무질 중합체의 존재하에, 비닐계 단량체를 그래프트 중합하여 이루어지는 그래프트 공중합체로서, 그 고무질 중합체 중의 상기 다관능성 단량체 단위의 합계량이, 아크릴산에스테르계 단량체 단위 100 질량부에 대하여 0.3 ∼ 3 질량부이고, 또한 상기 다관능성 단량체 단위의 총량 100 질량% 중에 2 개의 불포화 결합을 갖는 다관능성 단량체 단위 30 ∼ 95 질량% 와 3 개의 불포화 결합을 갖는 다관능성 단량체 단위 5 ∼ 70 질량% 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고무질 중합체가 아크릴산에스테르계 단량체와 다관능성 단량체를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물을 중합하여 이루어지는 공중합체 라텍스와 산기 함유 공중합체 라텍스를 혼합함으로써 비대화시키고, 그 후 추가로 아크릴산에스테르계 단량체를 함유하는 단량체를 첨가하여 중합시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 고무질 중합체의 체적 평균 입자 직경이 300 ∼ 600 ㎚ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체. - 제 1 항에 기재된 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (이하 「아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (A)」라고 한다) 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (A) 와, 체적 평균 입자 직경이 70 ∼ 200 ㎚ 인 아크릴산에스테르계 단량체 단위를 함유하는 고무질 중합체의 존재하에 비닐계 단량체를 그래프트 중합하여 이루어지는 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (이하 「아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (B)」라고 한다) 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
열가소성 수지 조성물에 함유되는 고무질 중합체의 총량이 열가소성 수지 조성물 중의 수지 성분 100 질량부에 대하여 5 ∼ 30 질량부이고, 또한 열가소성 수지 조성물에 함유되는 고무질 중합체의 총량을 100 질량% 로 하여, 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (A) 에 함유되는 고무질 중합체가 20 ∼ 70 질량%, 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (B) 에 함유되는 고무질 중합체가 30 ∼ 80 질량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (A) 및 아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (B) 이외의 다른 열가소성 수지 (C) 를 0 ∼ 90 질량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
아크릴 고무계 그래프트 공중합체 (B) 가 아크릴산에스테르계 단량체 100 질량% 를 중합 속도 3 질량%/분 이상으로 중합시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물 성형품.
