Claims (9)
- 운전정보 및 주변 환경정보를 검출하는 운전정보검출부;상기 검출되는 운전 및 주변 환경정보의 조건에 따라 흡/배기밸브의 리프트 및 타이밍을 가변 제어하는 제어부;흡/배기밸브의 리프트 및 타이밍 조정 맵이 조건별로 설정되는 메모리부;상기 제어부의 제어에 따라 흡/배기밸브를 작동시키는 액추에이터;를 포함하고,상기 운전정보검출부는,흡/배기밸브의 위치를 검출하는 밸브 리프트 센서;엔진 회전수를 검출하는 RPM센서;냉각수 온도를 검출하는 수온센서;외기온도를 검출하는 외기온센서;엔진오일의 온도를 검출하는 오일센서;터보차저의 과급 압력을 검출하는 부스트 압력센서;연소실로 유입되는 공기량을 검출하는 공기량센서;를 포함하는 디젤엔진의 CVVA 제어장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 엔진 환경이 일반시동 조건이면 엔진회전수와 연료량에 따라 흡/배기밸브의 리프트 및 타이밍을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 CVVA 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 엔진 환경이 냉시동 조건이면 배기밸브의 닫힘시기를 진각 제어하여 EGR 비율을 증대시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 CVVA 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 시동 온이 유지되는 엔진 환경이 웜업조건이면 배기밸브의 열림시기를 진각 제어하여 촉매의 활성화를 빠르게 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 CVVA 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 엔진 환경이 가속조건이면 배기밸브의 열림시기를 진각 제어하여 터보 차저의 응답성을 높여주는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 CVVA 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 엔진 환경이 부분부하의 에미션 영역이면 흡기밸브의 닫힘시기를 지각 제어하여 연소온도의 상승으로 인한 NOx의 과다 배출을 방지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 CVVA 제어장치.
- 엔진의 운전조건과 환경조건을 검출하는 과정;엔진의 운전조건 및 환경조건이 일반시동이면 엔진회전수와 연료량에 따라 흡/배기밸브의 리프트 및 타이밍을 제어하는 과정;엔진의 운전조건 및 환경조건이 냉시동이면 배기밸브의 닫힘시기를 진각 제어하여 EGR 비율을 증대시키는 과정;엔진의 운전조건 및 환경조건이 웜업조건이면 배기밸브의 열림시기를 진각 제어하여 촉매의 활성화를 빠르게 유도하는 과정;엔진의 운전조건 및 환경조건이 가속조건이면 배기밸브의 열림시기를 진각 제어하여 터보 차저의 응답성을 높이는 과정;엔진의 운전조건 및 환경조건이 부분부하 영역이면 흡기밸브의 닫힘시기를 지각 제어하여 NOx의 과다 배출을 방지하는 과정;을 포함하는 디젤엔진의 CVVA 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 엔진의 운전조건과 환경조건은,엔진 회전수와 연료 분사량, 냉각수온, 외기온도, 오일온도, 공연비, 부스트 압력, 흡입 공기량, EGR 비율의 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 CVVA 제어방법.
