Claims (6)
- 부화장 폐란이나 제약회사에서 백신 생산후 폐기되는 폐란을 원재료로 수집하는 단계;
상기 수집한 원재료에 물과 부형제를 혼합하여 25% 내지 40%의 함수율을 갖는 혼합재료를 만드는 단계;
상기 혼합재료를 살균하고 기설정 온도로 냉각하는 단계;
상기 냉각된 온도를 배양온도로 하여 상기 혼합재료에 유용 미생물을 접균하여 일정시간 발효시키는 단계;
상기 발효된 혼합재료를 건조시키는 단계; 및
사료를 급여할 대상 가축 또는 양어의 종류에 따라 분쇄도를 조정하여 상기 건조된 혼합재료를 분쇄하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐란을 이용한 사료 제조방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 부형제는 옥수수, 대두박, 단백피, 또는 쌀겨를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐란을 이용한 사료 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 살균은, 60℃ 내지 80℃의 온도범위 내에서 30분 이상 이루어지고,
상기 냉각은 28℃ 내지 35℃로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐란을 이용한 사료 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 발효는, 상기 혼합재료에 바실러스서브틸러스, 유산균, 및 효모를 각각 0.1% 내지 2%씩 접균하고, 30 내지 72시간 발효하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐란을 이용한 사료 제조방법. - 삭제
