Description
도 2는 도 1에 도시된 부유식 생산 저장 선박의 에틸렌 생산을 위한 구성을 보여주는 구성도이다.
도 3은 도 2에서 에틸렌 생산 과정에서 발생되는 수소 가스의 활용예를 보여주는 구성도이다.
도 4는 도 2에서 에틸렌 생산 과정에서 발생되는 수소 가스의 또 다른 활용예를 보여주는 구성도이다.

Claims (5)
- 부유식 생산 저장 선박에 있어서:
선체의 상부갑판에 설치되고, 에탄을 원료로 이용하여 에틸렌을 생산하기 위한 탑사이드 모듈; 및
상기 선체 내부에 설치되고, 상기 탑사이드 모듈에서 생산된 에틸렌을 저장하기 위한 에틸렌 저장 탱크를 포함하되;
상기 탑사이드 모듈은
에탄에 열을 가해 탄소수가 적은 탄화수소로 열분해하는 열분해로;
상기 열분해로에서 분해된 탄화수소끼리 서로 반응하지 못하도록 온도를 낮추는 급냉기;
상기 급냉기를 통과한 가스의 부피를 감소시키는 압축기;
압축된 가스로부터 수분을 제거하는 건조기;
수분이 제거된 가스의 온도를 낮추는 열교환기; 및
열교환된 가스로부터 에틸렌을 분리정제하는 증류탑을 포함하는 부유식 생산 저장 선박. - 삭제

상기 부유식 생산 저장 선박은
상기 에틸렌을 생산하는 과정에서 발생되는 수소가스를 제공받아 열에너지를 생산하는 버너를 더 포함하고,
상기 버너의 열에너지는 상기 열분해로 또는 선박 조수기의 에너지원으로 사용되는 부유식 생산 저장 선박. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 부유식 생산 저장 선박은
상기 에틸렌을 생산하는 과정에서 발생되는 수소가스를 제공받아 전기에너지를 생산하는 연료전지를 더 포함하고,
상기 연료전지는 상기 열분해로 또는 선박 조수기의 에너지원으로 사용되는 부유식 생산 저장 선박.
