Claims (25)
- 가이드(3) 내로 광학장치의 퀵체인지 플레이트를 체결하기 위한 베이스 플레이트(4) 상의 가이드(3)를 구비하는 퀵 클램프 장치로서, 퀵체인지 플레이트 및 가이드(3)가 상보적으로 형성된 가이드면(3a, b)를 구비하고, 상기 가이드(3)가 서로에 대해 조정될 수 있는 제 1 및 제 2 유지요소(5,6)를 구비하고, 제 1 및 제 2 유지요소(5,6)의 거리를 서로에 대해 조정하기 위해 형성되는, 퀵체인지 플레이트의 고정을 위한 장치(7)가 제공되는 광학장치의 퀵 클램프 장치에 있어서,
퀵체인지 플레이트의 고정을 위한 장치(7)는 제 1 유지요소에 배치되는 홈 링크(10) 내의 캠(9)과 맞물리는 레버(8)를 포함하여, 상기 레버(8)의 이동이 제2 유지요소(6)에 대한 제 1 유지요소(5)의 조정을 가능하게 하고,
제 1 위치에서, 상기 레버는 광학장치를 고정하고,
제 2 위치에서, 상기 레버는 가이드에서의 이동을 위해 광학장치를 해제(release)하고,
제 3 위치에서, 상기 레버는 제거를 위해 광학장치를 해제하며,
상기 홈 링크(10)는 고정 위치에서 캠(9)을 수용하기 위해 일단에 구멍(13)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 유지요소(6)는 베이스 플레이트(4)의 한 측면 위로 올라오는 가이드(3) 및 가이드면(3b)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 유지요소(6)는 언더컷(undercut)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 유지요소(6)는 정지된 방법으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 유지요소(5)는 조정방향(V)으로 움직일 수 있고 하나의 긴 측면에 가이드면(3a)을 형성하는 이동가능한 블럭(11)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 유지요소(5)는 언더컷(undercut)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 유지요소(6)는 제 1 유지요소와 함께 도브-테일형(dove-tailed) 가이드면(3a,b)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 이동가능한 블럭(11)은 조정방향(V)에 스프링-바이어스되는(spring-biased) 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 이동가능한 블럭(11)은 가이드(15) 내에 이동가능하게 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 이동가능한 블럭(11)의 가이드(15)는 커버(16), 측면 돌출부(17) 및 베이스 플레이트(4)의 압입부(indentation)(18)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 커버(16)는 유연한(flexible) 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 레버(8)는 이중-암 각(two-armed angle) 레버인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 캠(9)은 탄성 물질로 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치용 퀵 클램프 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
