Claims (5)
- 절연 기체와,
상기 절연 기체에 매설되고 되접어 꺾은 형상을 갖는 저항체와,
상기 절연 기체에 매설되고 선단측에서 상기 저항체에 접속된 한 쌍의 리드를 구비한 히터로서,
상기 저항체와 상기 한 쌍의 리드가 상기 리드의 축방향에 수직인 방향으로 겹치는 접속부를 각각 갖고,
상기 리드의 축방향에 수직한 방향에서 상기 접속부끼리 겹치는 부분을 갖고, 상기 접속부끼리 겹치는 부분을 상기 축방향에 수직인 단면으로 보았을 때에 상기 한 쌍의 리드가 상기 저항체보다 중심측에 위치함과 동시에, 상기 저항체와 상기 리드의 경계가 중심측으로 볼록한 곡선상인 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 삭제
