- 삭제
- 평균 입자 지름이 0.20㎛ 이상, 1.00㎛ 미만의 범위에 있고, Zr산화물 및/또는 Ti산화물을, 0.01 중량% 이상, 3 중량% 이하로 함유하는 마그네토 프럼바이트형 페라이트의 미세 분말과 평균 입자 지름 1.00㎛ 이상, 5.00㎛ 미만의 마그네토 프럼바이트형 페라이트의 거친 분말을 포함하고,
상기 마그네토 프럼바이트형 페라이트의 미세 분말의 배합량이 15 중량% 이상, 40 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말. - 삭제
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 마그네토 프럼바이트형 페라이트의 미세 분말이, Ti산화물 및 Zn산화물을 0.01 중량% 이상, 3 중량% 이하 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말. - Zr산화물 및/또는 Ti산화물을, 0.01 중량% 이상, 3 중량% 이하로 함유한 마그네토 프럼바이트형 페라이트를 준비하고, 이를 평균 입자 지름이 0.20㎛ 이상, 1.00㎛ 미만의 범위에 들어가는 미세 분말로 하는 공정과,
마그네토 프럼바이트형 페라이트를 준비하고, 이를 분말 평균 입자 지름이 1.00㎛ 이상, 5.00㎛ 미만의 범위에 들어가는 거친 분말로 하는 공정과,
상기 미세 분말과 상기 거친 분말을 혼합하여 미세분말의 배합량이 15 중량% 이상, 40 중량% 이하, 나머지부가 거친 분말인 혼합 비율을 갖는 페라이트 분말을 제조하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법. - 청구항 2 또는 4항에 기재된 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말을 자기성분으로서 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석.
