Claims (14)
- 센서가 결합되는 센서결합부(121)와 이에 일체로 형성된 매립부(122)로 구성된 센서 포트(120)에서 상기 매립부(122)가 호스(100)를 형성하는 실리콘층 내부로 매립됨으로써 센서 포트(120)가 호스(100) 외주 상에 일체로 고정되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 포트 삽입형 실리콘 호스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 매립부(122)는 실리콘층과 면 접합되는 플레이트 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 포트 삽입형 실리콘 호스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 센서 포트(120)는 반 이온 용출성을 갖는 금속 또는 고분자 수지로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 포트 삽입형 실리콘 호스.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 금속으로 이루어진 센서 포트(120)의 표면과 호스(100)를 형성하는 실 리콘 사이에 접착성 향상을 위한 도포제층(123)이 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 포트 삽입형 실리콘 호스.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 도포제층(123)은 센서 포트(120)의 표면에 인산염을 도포하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 포트 삽입형 실리콘 호스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 호스(100)는 실리콘층(112)과 보강층(111)이 적층된 구조로 형성되고, 상기 보강층(111) 위에 적층 형성된 실리콘층(112)과 외피층을 형성하는 실리콘층(113) 사이에 상기 매립부(122)가 개재되어 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 포트 삽입형 실리콘 호스.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 호스(100)에서 센서가 삽입되는 개구부(114)의 내주면에는 실리콘 방수층(115)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 포트 삽입형 실리콘 호스.
- 실리콘을 사용하여 내면층이 되는 1차 실리콘 호스를 성형하는 단계와;상기 1차 실리콘 호스의 외면에 센서 포트의 매립부를 안착시킨 뒤, 실리콘 시트재를 1차 실리콘 호스 및 센서 포트의 매립부 위에 포권하여 외피층을 형성하는 단계와;실리콘 경화 공정을 통해 상기 매립부가 실리콘 재질에 매립된 상태로 접착, 고정되도록 함으로써 센서 포트가 외주 상에 일체로 고정되어진 실리콘 호스를 완성하는 단계;를 포함하는 실리콘 호스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 센서 포트의 매립부는 상기 1차 실리콘 호스의 외면 및 상기 외피층의 실리콘 시트재에 면 접합될 수 있는 플레이트 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 호스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 센서 포트는 반 이온 용출성을 갖는 금속 또는 고분자 수지로 제조된 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 호스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 금속으로 제조된 센서 포트를 사용하는 경우, 실리콘이 접착되는 센서 포트의 표면 부위에 표면적을 넓히기 위한 거칠기 가공을 한 뒤, 거칠기 가공된 표면 부위에 접착성 향상을 위한 도포제를 도포하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 호스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 거칠기 가공으로 센서 포트의 표면 부위에 대해서 쇼팅 처리를 해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 호스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 도포제로서 인산염을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 호스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 1차 실리콘 호스에서 센서가 삽입되는 개구부의 내주면에는 실리콘 방수제를 도포하여 실리콘 경화 공정 후 실리콘 방수층이 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 호스의 제조방법.
