Abstract
Description
배터리를 충전하는 방법으로는 별치형 충전기를 이용하여 충전하는 급속 충전방식과 차량에 탑재된 충전기를 사용하여 충전하는 완속 충전 방식으로 구별할 수 있다.
보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압을 초과하는 것으로 판단되면, 고장이 발생된 것으로 결정하는 단계를 더 포함한다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 관련된 온-보드 충전 장치는 전원 공급 장치로부터 제어 파일럿(control pilot) 신호를 수신하고, 제어 파일럿 신호를 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비(duty ratio)를 이용하여 평활하는 평활부, 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비의 역수를 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호에 승산한 값으로 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호를 보상하는 보상부 및 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압 이하인지 판단하고, 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압 이하인 것으로 판단되면, 차량용 배터리를 충전하는 충전 제어부를 포함한다.
충전 제어부는 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압을 초과하는 것으로 판단되면, 고장이 발생된 것으로 결정한다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 관련된 차량용 충전 장치는 차량용 배터리, 차량용 배터리의 상태를 검출하는 배터리 관리 시스템 및 전원 공급 장치로부터 제어 파일럿 신호 및 충전 전력을 수신하고, 제어 파일럿 신호를 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비(duty ratio)를 이용하여 평활하고, 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호를 보상하고, 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압 이하인지 판단하고, 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압 이하인 것으로 판단되면, 차량용 배터리를 충전하는 온-보드 충전 장치를 포함하고, 온-보드 충전 장치는 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비의 역수를 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호에 승산한 값으로 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호를 보상한다.
온-보드 충전 장치는 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압을 초과하는 것으로 판단되면, 고장이 발생된 것으로 결정한다.
도 2은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량용 충전 장치 및 외부 외부 전원 공급 장치를 나타내는 블록 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량용 충전 장치가 차량을 충전하는 방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.

Claims (9)
- 전원 공급 장치로부터 제어 파일럿(control pilot) 신호를 수신하는 단계;
상기 제어 파일럿 신호를 상기 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비(duty ratio)를 이용하여 평활하는 단계;
상기 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비의 역수를 상기 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호에 승산한 값으로 상기 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호를 보상하는 단계;
상기 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압 이하인지 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 상기 기준 전압 이하인 것으로 판단되면, 차량용 배터리를 충전하는 단계;
를 포함하는 차량용 충전 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 상기 기준 전압을 초과하는 것으로 판단되면, 고장이 발생된 것으로 결정하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 차량용 충전 방법. - 삭제
- 전원 공급 장치로부터 제어 파일럿(control pilot) 신호를 수신하고, 상기 제어 파일럿 신호를 상기 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비(duty ratio)를 이용하여 평활하는 평활부;
상기 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비의 역수를 상기 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호에 승산한 값으로 상기 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호를 보상하는 보상부; 및
상기 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압 이하인지 판단하고, 상기 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 상기 기준 전압 이하인 것으로 판단되면, 차량용 배터리를 충전하는 충전 제어부;
를 포함하는 온-보드 충전 장치. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 충전 제어부는 상기 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 상기 기준 전압을 초과하는 것으로 판단되면, 고장이 발생된 것으로 결정하는 온-보드 충전 장치. - 삭제
- 차량용 배터리;
상기 차량용 배터리의 상태를 검출하는 배터리 관리 시스템; 및
전원 공급 장치로부터 제어 파일럿 신호 및 충전 전력을 수신하고, 상기 제어 파일럿 신호를 상기 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비(duty ratio)를 이용하여 평활하고, 상기 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호를 보상하고, 상기 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 기준 전압 이하인지 판단하고, 상기 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 상기 기준 전압 이하인 것으로 판단되면, 차량용 배터리를 충전하는 온-보드 충전 장치;
를 포함하고,
상기 온-보드 충전 장치는 상기 제어 파일럿 신호의 듀티 비의 역수를 상기 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호에 승산한 값으로 상기 평활된 제어 파일럿 신호를 보상하는 차량용 충전 장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 온-보드 충전 장치는 상기 보상된 제어 파일럿 신호의 전압 값이 상기 기준 전압을 초과하는 것으로 판단되면, 고장이 발생된 것으로 결정하는 차량용 충전 장치. - 삭제
