Abstract
본 발명의 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물은 15 중량% 이상의 과량의 보습제를 함유한 수상부에, 친수성 유화제와 친유성 유화제가 혼재되어 있는 액정형 유화제가 라멜라 액정 구조로 수화된 수계 액정 겔을 함유하고, 상기 수상부에 유상부를 유화시켜 자가유화형유화제-고급알코올-보조유화제의 복합체로 이루어진 다중액정 입자를 형성함으로써, 상기 수계 액정 겔의 라멜라 액정 구조가 피부의 각질층과 유사한 구조로 인해 피부친화성이 우수하여 피부자극 및 사용자로 하여금 끈적이는 불쾌감을 최소화하여 사용감이 가볍고, 보습력이 우수하며 크림유형 제형이면서 반투명성의 성상을 가지는 고보습 화장료를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물에 있어서,
15 중량% 이상의 보습제를 함유하는 수상부에, 친수성 유화제와 친유성 유화제가 혼재되어 있는 액정형 유화제가 라멜라 액정 구조로 수화된 수계 액정 겔을 함유하는 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정형 유화제가 세테아릴 올리베이트 및 소르비탄 올리베이트가 배합된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정형 유화제가 수상부에 0.6 내지 4.0중량%가 수화된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수상부가 정제수에 보습제 15.0 내지 45.0중량% 및 점도조절을 위한 폴리머로 이루어진 점증제 0.1 내지 1.0중량%가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수계 액정 겔을 함유하는 수상부에, 유상부가 유화되어 형성된 다중액정 입자가 수계 액정 겔과 혼재된 것을 특징으로 하는 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다중액정 입자가 자가유화형유화제-탄소수가 6 이상인 지방족 알코올-보조유화제로 이루어진 복합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다중액정 입자가 친유성 및 친수성 성분이 결합된 자가유화형유화제 0.3 내지 1.5중량%, 탄소수가 6 이상인 지방족 알코올 0.6 내지 3.0중량%, 보조유화제 0.5 내지 3.0중량% 및 세라마이드 0.01 내지 1.0 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다중액정 입자에 에몰리언트제 5.0 내지 25.0중량%가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물.
- 1) 정제수에 액정형 유화제 0.6 내지 4.0중량%, 보습제 15.0 내지 45.0중량% 및 점도조절을 위한 폴리머로 이루어진 점증제 0.1 내지 1.0중량%가 함유된 수상부를 70 내지 78℃에서 균일화하고,
2) 상기 수상부를 진공유화조 내에서 2,000 내지 3,000rpm의 회전속도로 교반에 의해 1차 유화시켜 벌키한 라멜라(Lamella) 구조의 수계 액정 겔을 형성하고,
3) 자가유화형유화제 0.3 내지 1.5중량%, 탄소수가 6 이상인 지방족 알코올 0.6 내지 3.0중량%, 보조유화제 0.5 내지 3.0중량%, 에몰리언트제 5.0내지 25.0중량% 및 세라마이드 0.01내지 1.0중량%를 70 내지 78℃로 가온하여 유상부를 균일화하고,
4) 상기 단계 2)의 수상부에, 단계 3)의 유상부를 투입하여 진공유화조 내에서 2,500 내지 3,500rpm의 회전속도로 교반에 의해 2차 유화시켜 수계 액정 겔과 혼재된 라멜라(Lamella) 상태의 다중액정 입자를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 다중액정 입자를 45 내지 50℃로 냉각시키는 것을 포함하는 상기 수중유형의 보습 화장료 조성물의 제조방법.
