Claims (20)

- 제 1항에 있어서,

- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 카르복실릭 기들은 하기 화학식 (III)에 맞는 코폴리머:

이 때:
Rd는 H 또는 C1-C12 알킬, 아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴알킬 기 또는 알칼리 금속, 알칼라인 토금속 또는 암모늄 양이온을 나타냄.
- (i) 선택적으로 폴리옥시알킬레이트 기를 갖는 모노머의 존재 하, 카르복실릭 기를 갖는 모노머를 중합하는 단계;및
(ii) 반응성 젬-비스포스포네이트 화합물로 수득된 폴리머를 그래프트하는 단계
를 포함하는, 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한 항의 코폴리머의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 젬-비스포스포네이트 화합물은 1-하이드록시에틸렌-1,1-비스포스폰산(1-hydroxyethylene-1,1-bisphosphonic acid)(HEDP), 1-하이드록시-3-아미노-프로필렌-1,1-비스포스폰산(1-hydroxy-3-amino-propylene-1,1-bisphosphonic acid)(AHP) 및 1-하이드록시-4-아미노-부틸렌-1,1-비스포스폰산(1-hydroxy-4-amino-butylene-1,1-bisphosphonic acid)(BHP)로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항의 코폴리머를 포함하는 미네랄 입자들의 현탁액을 위한 혼합물로, 이 때 상기 혼합물은 적절한 용제(solvent) 내 용액(solution)의 형태인, 미네랄 입자들의 현탁액을 위한 혼합물.
- 제 14항에 있어서,
총 무게에 기초하여 코폴리머가 무게에 의하여 1 내지 50%로 포함되는 혼합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
미네랄 입자들의 현탁액들을 유동화시키기 위한 코폴리머.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
유압식 바인더들의 시공성(workability)을 유지하기 위한 코폴리머.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
점토들에 대한 유압식 조성물들의 민감도를 감소시키기 위한 코폴리머.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
알칼라인 설페이트들에 대한 유압식 바인더들의 민감도를 감소시키기 위한 코폴리머.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항의 코폴리머를 포함하는 미네랄 입자들의 조성물.
