Claims (14)
- 세정제 조성물을 사용해서 플라스틱 렌즈 기재를 세정하는 세정공정; 및1쌍의 성형틀을 사용한 플라스틱 렌즈 기재의 성형, 상기 성형틀의 탈형, 상기 플라스틱 렌즈 기재의 외주 연마, 세정, 어닐링, 내면 연마 및 세정 순서로 행해지는 캐스팅공정을 포함하고,상기 세정제 조성물은,알칼리와, 알킬글리코시드와, 글리세릴에테르와, 탄화수소와, 물을 함유하며,조성물의 총 중량에 대하여, 상기 알칼리의 함유량이 3~8중량%이고,상기 알킬글리코시드의 함유량이 8~18중량%이며,상기 글리세릴에테르의 함유량이 2~5중량%이며,상기 탄화수소의 함유량이 5~15중량%이며,상기 알킬글리코시드의 함유량을 상기 글리세릴에테르의 함유량으로 나눈 값이 3~4이며,상기 세정공정에 있어서, 상기 세정제 조성물을 사용하여 실리콘계 점착제에서 유래하는 점착물 때가 부착된 상기 플라스틱 렌즈 기재를 세정하고,상기 캐스팅공정에서는 상기 플라스틱 렌즈 기재의 외주 연마 및 내면 연마를 행할 때, 상기 플라스틱 렌즈 기재를, 렌즈 고정 지그에 실리콘계 점착제를 포함하는 테이프를 사용해서 고정하는 것이며,상기 세정공정은, 상기 외주 연마 후에 행해지는 상기 플라스틱 렌즈 기재의 세정하는 것 및 상기 내면 연마 후에 행해지는 상기 플라스틱 렌즈 기재의 세정하는 것 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알칼리는 알칼리금속의 수산화물, 규산염, 및 인산염에서 선택되는 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알칼리는 수산화나트륨 및 수산화칼륨에서 선택되는 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄화수소는, 탄소수가 10~18의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 탄화수소는, 올레핀계 탄화수소 및 파라핀계 탄화수소에서 선택되는 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알킬글리코시드는, 알킬폴리글리코시드인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈의 제조방법.
