Claims (14)
- 양극 및 음극으로부터 연장되는 전극탭;
상기 전극탭과 결합되는 전극 리드를 포함하며,
상기 전극탭과 전극리드의 결합 부위에 복수의 단차 구조로 구현되는 다중 맞물림 (interlock) 패턴이 형성되어 있으며,
상기 다중 맞물림 패턴은 상기 전극탭 및 전극리드가 적층되어 결합된 부위에서 깊이와 폭이 상이한 돌출패턴이 적어도 2 이상 중첩되는 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 삭제

상기 제1패턴 및 제2패턴의 에지부는 각각 상기 제1패턴 및 제2패턴의 하면보다 하부로 더 돌출되는 구조로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전극조립체는 상기 전극탭 및 전극리드의 결합 부위에 깊이와 폭이 상이한 돌출부를 적어도 2 이상 구비한 다중 맞물림 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체. - a) 양극 및 음극으로부터 연장되는 전극탭과 상기 전극탭에 결합되는 전극리드의 일부가 중첩되도록 어라인하는 단계;
b) 상기 중첩된 전극탭 및 전극리드의 결합 부위에 제1 핀 및 제1 다이를 매개로 이용하여 제1 클린칭 공정을 수행하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 제1 클린칭된 결합 부위 상에 제(1+n) 핀 및 제(1+n) 다이를 매개로 이용하여 제(1+n) 클린칭 공정을 수행하는 단계(이때, n은 1 내지 5의 자연수이다)를 포함하는 전극조립체의 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제(1+n) 클린칭 공정을 수행하는 단계는
상기 제1 가압핀보다 직경이 큰 제(1+n) 가압핀을 이용하며,
상기 제1 다이의 깊이보다 깊이가 낮은 제(1+n) 다이를 이용하여 상기 전극탭 및 전극리드를 재차 가압하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체의 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 b)단계 및 c)단계가 역순으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체의 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 b)단계 및 c)단계가 적어도 2회 이상 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 기재에 따른 전극조립체를 포함하는 전기화학소자.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 전극조립체는 권취형, 스택형 또는 스택/폴딩형 구조 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체는 양극 집전체 상에 코팅되는 양극 활물질로서 Li2MnO3 및 LiMO2 (M은 전이금속원소임)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 전기화학소자는 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자. - 청구항 10 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전기화학소자는 이차전지를 포함하는 전지모듈 및 다수의 전지의 모듈을 포함하는 전지팩으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자.
