도 4 및 도 5는 종래의 파우치 구조의 양쪽 성형 후, 전극조립체를 수용하는 이차전지의 전극탭과 전극 리드의 용접의 공정을 설명하기 위한 개념도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예로서의 전극 탭과 전극리드의 용접 공정을 설명하기 위한 개념도이다.

Claims (12)
- 전극조립체를 수용하는 파우치;
상기 파우치의 내부에 전극탭과 리드가 용접되는 용접영역;과
리드외부를 코팅하는 리드필름과 상기 파우치의 실링영역;이
중첩되는 구조로 배치되는 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 파우치의 실링영역 내부에 배치되는 전극탭과 리드부의 용접영역과,
상기 파우치와 용접영역 사이에 상기 파우치와 실링되는 리드필름이 배치되는 구조의 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용접영역 상면 및 하면에 배치되는 리드필름은,
상기 용접영역의 길이 이상으로 형성되는 이차전지.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 리드필름은,
상기 파우치의 말단부 외부로 일부가 돌출되는 구조의 이차전지.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 리드필름의 적어도 한 면에는 열경화층이 구비되는 이차전지.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 열경화층은 멜라닌 수지, 페놀 수지, 우레아 수지, 에폭시 수지, 및 폴리우레탄로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 열경화성 수지로 구성되는 이차전지.
