상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 운전점 보정 함수를 통해 모터 속도에 따른 최적의 운전점을 설정함으로써, 차량의 연비를 절감할 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 전기 차량의 제어 방법을 도시한 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 운전점 보상 함수를 구하는 방법을 도시한 순서도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 새로운 전류 지령을 구하는 방법을 도시한 순서도이다.

Claims (7)
- 전력을 공급하는 배터리, 상기 배터리로부터 전력을 공급받아 동력을 발생하는 모터, 상기 배터리와 모터를 제어부를 포함하는 전기 차량의 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
토크 지령, 상기 모터의 속도, 및 모터 전류를 감지하는 단계;
상기 모터의 전류로부터 모터 전압을 계산하는 단계;
상기 모터의 속도 영역에 따른 전압 이용률이 설정된 값보다 큰지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
상기 전압 이용률이 설정값 이하면, 상기 모터 속도에 따른 운전점 보정 함수를 생성하는 단계;
상기 운전점 보정 함수로부터 상기 모터의 속도에 대한 전류 지령을 계산하는 단계; 및
계산된 전류 지령을 출력하는 단계;
를 포함하는 일련의 명령을 수행하는 전기 차량의 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모터의 속도에 따른 운전점 보정 함수를 생성하는 단계는,
제1 모터 속도로부터 최대 효율 운전 전류맵을 설정하는 단계;
상기 제1 모터 속도에서 전류의 크기 및 각도를 계산하는 단계;
제2 모터 속도로부터 최대 효율 운전점을 설정하는 단계;
상기 제2 모터 속도에서 전류의 크기 및 각도를 계산하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 모터 속도 및 제2 모터 속도에서 구한 전류의 크기 및 각도로부터 운전점 보정 함수를 생성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 전기 차량의 제어 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 배터리에서 공급되는 직류 전류를 스윕하여 제1 모터 속도로부터 전류맵을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량의 제어 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 배터리에서 공급되는 직류 전류를 스윕하여 제2 모터 속도로부터 운전점을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량의 제어 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 운전점 보정 함수를 구하는 단계는,
상기 제1 모터 속도와 제2 모터 속도로부터 계산된 전류의 크기 및 각도의 차이를 계산하는 단계;
상기 계산된 전류의 크기 및 각도의 차이를 근사화하여 운전점 보정 함수를 생성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 전기 차량의 제어 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 계산된 전류의 크기 및 각도의 차이는 2차 함수로 근사화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량의 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전압 이용률이 설정값 보다 크면, 상기 모터를 과변조 제어하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 전기 차량의 제어 방법.
