Claims (8)
- 전도성 나노 물질 0.01~5 중량%, 연결제 0.01~3 중량%, 자외선 감광성 물질 0.1~5 중량% 및 바인더 1 중량% 이하를 포함하되,
상기 연결제는 산, 광산 발생제, 열산 발생제 또는 중크롬산염을 포함하고,
상기 자외선 감광성 물질은 감광성 작용기로 N-methyl-4(4'-formylstyryl)pyridinium methosulfate acetal 작용기를 가진 폴리비닐알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전극용 코팅 전도막 제조용 감광성 코팅 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결제는
0.01~3 중량%의 광산 발생제, 0.01~3 중량%의 열산 발생제, 0.01~1 중량%의 중크롬산염, 및 감광성 코팅 조성물의 pH가 3~6이 되도록 포함되는 산 중에 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전극용 코팅 전도막 제조용 감광성 코팅 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 나노 물질은 금속나노와이어 또는 탄소나노튜브이고,
상기 바인더는 수분산성 폴리우레탄 또는 양이온성 고분자전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전극용 코팅 전도막 제조용 감광성 코팅 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
그래핀, 산화그래핀, 탄소나노플레이트, 카본블랙 또는 전도성 고분자 0.01~3 중량%가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전극용 코팅 전도막 제조용 감광성 코팅 조성물. - 기판 상에 형성된 투명 전극용 코팅 전도막으로,
전도성 나노 물질, 연결제, 자외선 감광성 물질 및 바인더를 포함하며, 자외선 노광 및 세척에 의해 노광된 영역과 비노광된 영역이 형성되고, 상기 비노광된 영역이 노광된 영역 대비 2배 이상의 전기전도도를 가지며, 상기 연결제는 산, 광산 발생제, 열산 발생제 또는 중크롬산염을 포함하고, 상기 노광된 영역과 비노광된 영역에 균일하게 상기 전도성 나노 물질이 분포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전극용 코팅 전도막. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 나노 물질은 금속나노와이어 또는 탄소나노튜브이고,
상기 자외선 감광성 물질은 감광성 작용기로 N-methyl-4(4'-formylstyryl)pyridinium methosulfate acetal 작용기를 가진 폴리비닐알콜이고,
상기 바인더는 수분산성 폴리우레탄 또는 양이온성 고분자전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전극용 코팅 전도막. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 비노광된 영역은 상기 노광된 영역에 비해서 상기 자외선 감광성 물질이 세척 과정에서 더 많이 제거되어 그 잔류물 함량이 더 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전극용 코팅 전도막. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 노광된 영역은 상기 비노광된 영역에 비해 상기 전도성 나노 물질과 상기 연결제가 상기 자외선 감광성 물질에 더 많이 함침되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전극용 코팅 전도막.
