Claims (3)
- 막 분리 모듈과 그 하방에 배치된 산기 장치를 구비한 막 여과 유닛을 처리조 내에 침지 배치하고, 상기 산기 장치에 의한 산기와 동시에, 상기 막 분리 모듈에 의한 피처리액의 여과를 행하여, 상기 막 분리 모듈로부터 여과된 피처리액을 회수할 때에 실시되는 상기 산기 장치의 세정 방법이며,
상기 산기 장치는, 막 분리 오니 처리에 이용되는 산기 장치이고,
적어도 하나의 에어 메인관과,
상기 에어 메인관으로부터 막 여과 유닛 단위로 분기하는 기체 공급관과,
상기 에어 메인관의 도중에 합류하는 액체 공급관과,
상기 기체 공급관에 수평으로 접속되는 분기관로와,
상기 분기관로에 직교하여 수평으로 배치되어 연직 하향으로 개방되는 복수의 산기 구멍을 갖는 복수의 산기관을 구비하고 있고,
상기 산기 장치의 세정 방법은,
피처리액의 여과 정지시 이외의 시기에도, 상기 분기관로 내에 공급되는 기체에 액체를 합류시켜 기액 혼합류를 형성하여, 상기 기액 혼합류에 의해 산기 장치의 내부를 세정하는 것과,
상기 산기관의 세정시에 있어서의, 상기 분기관로 내의 기체 유속을 1m/sec 이상, 8m/sec 이하의 범위로 설정하는 동시에, 상기 분기관로 내의 액체의 공급량을 0.03L/min/㎟ 이상, 0.2L/min/㎟ 이하의 범위로 설정하는 것을
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 산기 장치의 세정 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 산기관에 있어서의 상기 산기 구멍의 개구 면적의 총합을, 상기 산기관의 단면 개구 면적보다도 작게 설정하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는, 산기 장치의 세정 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 각 산기관의 단면 개구 면적에 상기 산기관의 개수를 곱한 값을, 상기 각 분기관로의 단면 개구 면적에 상기 분기관로의 개수를 곱한 값보다도 작게 설정하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는, 산기 장치의 세정 방법.
