Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 위치(속도) 센서에 고장이 발생하여 벡터제어가 불가능하여 일정 전압/주파수(V/f)제어를 실시하는 경우 전동기로 인가되는 주파수를 조절하는데 있어서, 가속 페달이 밟혔을 경우 유도전동기 회전 주파수를 증가시키고 가속 페달이 밟히지 않은 경우 유도전동기 회전 주파수를 감소시킴으로써 고장이 발생하기 전 벡터제어시와 유사한 자동차 운전 감각을 제공할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

도 2는 벡터제어방법에 의한 가속 페달을 밟는 정도에 따른 유도전동기 토크발생을 보여주는 그래프,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 전압/주파수 제어방법에 의한 전기자동차용 인버터의 블록구성도,
도 4는 본 발명의 속도지령 발생부의 전압/주파수 제어방법을 보여주는 순서도,
도 5는 본 발명의 전압/주파수 제어방법에 의한 가속 페달을 밟는 정도에 따른 속도지령 발생부의 주파수 지령을 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (3)
- 가속페달 신호가 온 되었을 경우, 출력되는 전기적 신호의 주파수를 증가분(Winc) 만큼 증가시키고, 상기 가속페달 신호가 오프 되었을 경우, 상기 전기적 신호의 주파수를 감소분(Wdec) 만큼 감소시켜 상기 가속페달 신호에 따라 상기 전기적 신호의 주파수를 조절하여 유도전동기의 속도를 변경시키기 위한 주파수 기반의 속도지령을 출력하는 속도지령 발생부;
상기 속도지령 발생부로부터 출력되는 상기 속도지령의 주파수에 정격전압/정격주파수 비율(K)을 곱하여 유도전동기 전압지령(V*q)을 출력하는 주파수 전압 변환부;
상기 속도지령 발생부로부터 출력되는 상기 속도지령의 주파수를 적분하여 회전각을 출력하는 적분기; 및
상기 전압지령(V*q) 및 회전각을 입력받아 3상 전압지령으로 변환하는 2상/3상 변환기를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차용 인버터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 속도지령 발생부는
유도전동기가 회전할 수 있는 최대 주파수(Wmax), 상기 주파수 증가분(Winc) 및 상기 주파수 감속분(Wdec)이 저장되어 있는 저장부; 및
상기 가속페달이 온 되었을 경우 상기 최대 주파수(Wmax)의 범위 내에서 상기 주파수 증가분(Winc)만큼 증가시키고, 상기 가속페달이 오프 되었을 경우 최소 주파수(0)의 초과 범위 내에서 상기 주파수 감속분(Wdec)만큼 감소시키는 속도지령을 출력하는 제어부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차용 인버터. - 삭제
