Claims (16)
- 이동 통신 시스템에서 제어정보 할당 방법에 있어서,제1 제어정보를 위해 결정된 전송 시간과, 제2 제어정보를 위해 결정된 전송시간이 중복되는지 여부를 결정하는 과정과,상기 전송 시간들이 서로 중복될 경우, 상기 제2 제어정보를 위한 자원을 상기 제1 제어정보에 할당하는 과정과,상기 제2 제어정보를 위한 자원으로 상기 제1 제어정보를 전송하는 과정을 포함하는 제어정보 할당 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1제어정보는, 파일롯 신호가 할당된 자원 블록들 간의 자원 블록에 할당됨을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 할당 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1제어정보는 수신 데이터에서의 에러의 존재/미존재를 지시하는 긍정응답(ACK: acknowledgement)/부정응답(NACK: negative acknowledgement)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 할당 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2제어정보를 위한 자원은 주파수영역에서의 자원 블록, 시퀀스의 순환 쉬프트 값 및 직교시퀀스 중 적어도 하나를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 할당 방법.
- 이동 통신 시스템에 있어서 제어정보를 수신하는 방법에 있어서,제1 제어정보를 위해 결정된 전송 시간과 제2 제어정보를 위해 결정된 전송 시간이 중복 되는지 여부를 결정하는 과정과,상기 전송시간들이 서로 중복될 경우, 상기 제2 제어정보를 위해 할당된 자원을 이용하여 수신 신호로부터 상기 제1 제어정보를 추출하는 과정을 포함하며,상기 전송시간들이 서로 중복될 때 상기 수신 신호는 상기 제1 제어 정보를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어 정보 수신 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 제어정보는, 파일롯 신호가 할당된 자원 블록들간의 자원 블록에 할당됨을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 수신 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 제어정보는 수신 데이터에서의 에러의 존재/미존재를 지시하는 긍정응답(ACK: acknowledgement)/부정응답(NACK: negative acknowledgement)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 수신 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제2제어정보를 위해 할당된 자원은 주파수영역에서의 자원 블록, 시퀀스의 순환 쉬프트 값 및 직교시퀀스 중 적어도 하나를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 수신 방법.
- 이동 통신 시스템에 있어서 제어정보를 할당하는 장치에 있어서,제1 제어정보를 위해 결정된 전송시간과, 제2 제어정보를 위해 결정된 전송시간이 중복되는지 여부를 결정하는 제어부와,상기 전송시간들이 서로 중복될 경우, 상기 제2 제어정보를 위한 자원을 상기 제1 제어정보에 할당하고, 상기 제2 제어정보를 위한 자원으로 상기 제1 제어정보를 전송하는 생성부를 포함하는 제어정보 할당 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,파일롯 신호가 할당된 자원 블록들 간의 자원 블록에 상기 제1제어정보를 매핑하는 매퍼를 더 포함하는 제어정보 할당 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1 제어정보는 수신 데이터에서의 에러의 존재/미존재를 지시하는 긍정응답(ACK: acknowledgement)/부정응답(NACK: negative acknowledgement)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 할당 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제2 제어정보를 위한 자원은 주파수영역에서의 자원 블록, 시퀀스의 순환 쉬프트 값 및 직교시퀀스 중 적어도 하나를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 할당 장치.
- 이동 통신 시스템에 있어서 제어정보를 수신하는 장치에 있어서,제1 제어정보를 위해 결정된 전송 시간과 제2 제어정보를 위해 결정된 전송 시간이 중복 되는지 여부를 결정하는 제어부와,상기 전송시간들이 서로 중복될 경우, 상기 제2 제어정보를 위해 할당된 자원을 이용하여 수신 신호로부터 상기 제1 제어정보를 추출하는 수신기를 포함하고,상기 전송시간들이 서로 중복될 때 상기 수신 신호는 상기 제1 제어 정보를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 수신 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,파일롯 신호가 할당된 자원 블록들간의 자원 블록으로부터 상기 제1제어정보를 디매핑하는 디매퍼를 더 포함하는 제어정보 수신 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제1 제어정보는 수신 데이터에서의 에러의 존재/미존재를 지시하는 긍정응답(ACK:acknowledgement)/부정응답(NACK: negative acknowledgement)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 수신 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제2 제어정보를 위해 할당된 자원은 주파수영역에서의 자원 블록, 시퀀스의 순환 쉬프트 값 및 직교시퀀스 중 적어도 하나를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제어정보 수신 장치.
