Claims (10)
- 파라 아라미드 섬유가 꼬아져 형성된 복수개의 매듭을 포함하는 줄기사;
난연성 열가소성 섬유를 포함하는 가지사; 및
상기 줄기사가 공기층을 함유하기 위하여 상기 하나의 매듭부분에 복수개의 가지사가 군을 형성하여 관통된 것을 특징으로 하는 파라 아라미드 구조단열사. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 줄기사의 복수개의 매듭마다 복수개의 가지사 군이 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라 아라미드 구조단열사. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 파라 아라미드 섬유는 필라멘트사 또는 방적사인 것을 특징으로 하는 파라 아라미드 구조 단열사. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 파라 아라미드 섬유가 필라멘트사인 경우 섬도는 300 내지 500 데니어, 필라멘트수는 54 내지 200이고, 신도는 5 내지 7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 파라 아라미드 구조단열사. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 파라 아라미드 섬유가 방적사인 경우 상기 방적사의 굵기는 30 내지 60 번수(yarn count) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 파라 아라미드 구조단열사. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 줄기사는 줄기사 1 인치(inch) 당 15 내지 25 개의 매듭을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라 아라미드 구조단열사. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 난연성 열가소성 섬유가 폴리에스테르 섬유인 경우 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리사이클로헥산디메탄올 테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트이며, 상기 난연성 열가소성 섬유가 폴리아미드 섬유인 경우 나일론-6(폴리카프로락탐), 나일론-6,6, 나일론-6,12 또는 나일론-12 (폴리라우릴락탐)이고, 상기 난연성 열가소성 섬유가 폴리올레핀 섬유인 경우 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 파라 아라미드 구조단열사. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 가지사 군에서 동일군마다 단일 가지사의 길이는 3 내지 5 mm이며, 상기 가지사의 개별 길이 편차가 0.5mm이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 파라 아라미드 구조단열사. - 제1항에 있어서,
군을 형성하는 상기 복수개의 가지사의 총섬도는 50 내지 125 데니어이고, 가지사 개수는 18 내지 54개인 것을 특징으로 하는 파라 아라미드 구조단열사. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 파라 아라미드 구조단열사를 포함하는 편성물.
