Claims (6)
- 아라미드파이버를 필수로 함유하고, 이에 방염레이온파이버 및 모다크릴파이버 중 어느 하나 이상이 혼합된 슬라이버를 제조하여 연조공정을 거친 후,
상기 슬라이버를 무라타보텍스방적기로 공급하여 드래프트롤러로 이루어진 드래프트부를 통과시켜 연신한 후,
노즐구경 1.0~1.3㎜인 세라믹 노즐을 이용하여 에어압력 4.5~6.5 kg/㎠, 송출속도 280~350 m/분으로 방적사를 형성한 후, 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외관 및 내마찰성이 우수한 아라미드 에어젯트 혼합방적사의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아라미드파이버는 파라-아라미드파이버 또는 메타-아라미드파이버로서파라-아라미드파이버는 파이버섬도 1.0~2.0dpf, 섬유장이 35~40㎜, 강도 20~30g/d, 신도 1~5%이며, 메타-아라미드파이버는 파이버섬도 1.0~2.0dpf, 섬유장이 35~40㎜, 강도 4~5g/d, 신도 20~30%이며, 방염레이온파이버는 파이버섬도 1.0~2.0dpf, 섬유장이 35~40㎜, 강도 1.5~2.5g/d, 신도 10~20%이며, 모다크릴파이버는 파이버섬도 1.0~2.0dpf, 섬유장이 35~40㎜, 강도 2.3~2.8g/d, 신도 22~38%인이고, 전체 방적사에서 아라미드파이버의 구성비가 10~65중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 외관 및 내마찰성이 우수한 아라미드 에어젯트 혼합방적사의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 드래프트부는 4선식 드래프트부로서 롤러게이지가 42~40×40~54×45~45(㎜)이며, 백드래프트 3.0~3.5, 인터드래프트(Inter Draft) 1.5~3.0, 토탈드래프트 180~230인 것을 특징으로 하는 외관 및 내마찰성이 우수한 아라미드 에어젯트 혼합방적사의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 무라타보텍스방적기의 세라믹 노즐로 공급되는 에어는 물과 비이온계 계면활성제의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외관 및 내마찰성이 우수한 아라미드 에어젯트 혼합방적사의 제조방법. - 삭제
