Description
Claims (5)
- (i) 시클로펜텐을 포함하는 혼합물 G(i)을 제공하는 단계;
(ii) 액체 N2O를 제공하거나 혼합물 G(ii)의 총 부피를 기준으로 N2O를 20 부피% 이상 포함하는 액화 혼합물 G(ii)를 제공하는 단계; 및
(iii) 상기 혼합물 G(i)을 상기 액체 N2O 또는 액화 혼합물 G(ii)와 접촉시켜 시클로펜타논을 포함하는 혼합물 G(iii)을 수득하는 단계
를 적어도 포함하고, 상기 혼합물 G(i)이 혼합물 G(i)의 총 중량을 기준으로 시클로펜텐을 25 중량% 이상 95 중량% 이하 함유하는 것이며, 혼합물 G(i)이 혼합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 탄화수소를 99 중량% 이상 함유하는 것이고, 사용되는 기체 혼합물 G(ii)는 화학 공정의 1종 이상의 N2O-함유 오프가스이며, 혼합물 G(ii)는 N2O 함량이 20 내지 97 부피%이고, 상기 단계 (iii)에서 혼합물 G(i) 및 G(ii)를 연속 반응기에서 200 내지 290℃ 범위의 온도 및 10 내지 365 bar 범위의 압력에서 접촉시키고, 연속 반응기 내 반응 혼합물의 체류 시간은 0.3 내지 2.5 시간이며, 연속 반응기를 단계 (iii)의 전환 동안 액체로만 충전하는, 시클로펜타논의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물 G(i)이 시클로펜텐 이외에, 단계 (iii)의 접촉시 N2O에 대해 불활성인 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물 G(i)이 C5 및 C6, 또는 C5 및 C7, 또는 C5, C6 및 C7 탄화수소를 99 중량% 이상 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물 G(ii)가 N2O를 93 부피 % 이하 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물 G(ii)가 각 경우 혼합물 G(ii)의 총 부피를 기준으로 0.5 부피% 이하의 산소를 함유하거나 또는 0.5 부피% 이하의 산화질소를 함유하거나 또는 0.5 부피% 이하의 산소와 0.5 부피% 이하의 산화질소를 함유하는 것인 방법.
